This service is an absolute bloody disgrace. My package took 2 days to arrive from Germany to the Stoke UPS depot and ever since all I have had is tracking information which is inaccurate and uninformative and I am stlll without my package and non the wiser as to when it's eventually going to turn up. I have wasted 3 days stopping in waiting for delivery based on the tracking. And furthermore try getting in contact to find out what''s going on - no chance - the Stoke phone number is not in service. Appalling, totally bloody appalling - UPS = Useless parcel service !!! Shame I couldn't give zero stars ! OK - so Becky, you have replied telling me to get in touch via one of your channels but if you are responding specifically on behalf of Stoke UPS depot, why can't you offer to provide support directly regarding this matter ?
Want to commend Steevo from UPS Stoke who went above and beyond to help me get a package sent today when the booking representative on the national UPS booking service had completely messed up a collection. Unusual these days to find someone who cares and doesn’t just say, “sorry for the inconvenience”. This guy is golden and deserves a credit. Thank you. Vanessa

Awful customer service and experience, US resolution team hasn’t resolved issue, U.K. customer service team is plain awful didn’t want to listen and put the phone down on me. My package is STILL in the local Stoke depot now 8 days after fees/taxes have been paid……update 15th Oct, unfortunately after more false promises by this depot it will be day 13 before it’s delivered lol jokers.
Cannot contact. Paid customs and ups charges they say I haven't. I have had trouble with them over every package delivered by them. Useless.
Terrible service. Had a delivery slot of 10:15 to 14:15 and at 10:30 that day they cancelled it and rescheduled for the next day. They are a joke and I'm not happy. The ups depot is 30 minutes away they had no reason to cancel that delivery they are just terrible at thier jobs.
Had an issue with a parcel at Tunstall I rang and spoke to someone at UPS about this and within 5 minutes the Tunstall depot rang me bsck and sorted the issue out. Great customer service.
The person I saw at the customer counter was very helpful, but the reason I had to go up their was annoying because I had to drive 6 miles because I couldn't get phone contact to fine out why my parcel kept getting return to the depot even though their was never a knock at the door on 3 attempts to deliver, and I had to do this after staying up late in the morning after knight shifts.
My package has been in the warehouse for over 9 days! Out for delivery Thursday 16.50. No delivery. Managed to get through to the appalling customer service team 3 times. Told someone would ring me back ASAP. Nothing! Got through this morning as I need the package TODAY! Told me they can not find the address/it's the wrong address on package. UPS sent me emails with my exact address, on the way? Really! I asked this morning if it was possible to pick package from the warehouse.. No. Closed till Tuesday then hung up. Google search tells me its open today until 12.30. Tried to ring no answer. Suspect no one will help if I drive over 10 miles to pick up a package I've paid to be delivered. First and last time. Awful.
I also am having a terrible experience. As with others, my package last week was delivered to the wrong address. The same street name as mine but a totally different area. * UPDATE TO REVIEW * To my great and pleasant surprise, UPS have located the missing item and just delivered it to me. It appears that the sender made an error with the postcode, although all the rest of the address was correct. So, sorry UPS - and thank you!
