I was served by Gemma Loui at till 4 at 12:24, and unfortunately, the experience was unpleasant. She appeared visibly irritated when asked about the price of a product, responding with sighs and dismissive body language. What stood out even more was the stark difference in her attitude when serving us compared to white customers. It’s disheartening to witness such behaviour in 2025—everyone deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of background. Staff should be trained to uphold professionalism and treat all customers equally. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve service standards.
Store is always clean and tidy, very rarely do I not get what I wanted. My only complaint is there’s usually a huge queue at the checkout. Whilst they obviously cannot have tills on with staff sitting waiting for customers, they could react quicker and not let a queue build up . Can’t comment on the staff because I’ve never had a query and I’m not bothered if they speak to me or not , I just want to pay and get gone.
Price friendly shop, I enjoyed my visit and shopping there.
This store is a good one but just not quite as good as other home bargains sites just nit picking but car parking not always great
Good little shop only downside is that it employs miserable staff,
