Only moved in a few weeks ago, but very impressed with Ready Steady Store already,.. their units are reasonably priced & it’s a secure site, Customer service was excellent thanks to Sharon at the Tunstall branch who went above and beyond to facilitate a problematic trek across the country to move in - during the recent heatwave which involved two flat tires & thus a later-than-scheduled check-in/ move into my unit! Sharon was nothing short of amazing & went the extra mile for us x 1000,..Top-Tier lady; - a real diamond & rare to find such a selfless & incredibly helpful human being in this day and age,..I hope she is paid well!
Sharon was so kind and helpful. I was so upset and she not only helped be she went above and beyond. Showing kindness and showing she cared. What an amazing person you have working for you and I will be highly recommending your services. 5* isn’t enough for her kindness

Staff are lovely. Very helpful, professional and care about their customers. Always clean, safe and security excellent. When we needed to upgrade storage units, we were given time and support from the lovely staff. A huge thankyou to the lady whom gave us time to move items to another unit during very difficult time for me and my husband through illness.
Moving house so needed some storage space to help with the move. Really great, friendly, supportive staff. Advised us on most suitable storage unit and not flogging the more expensive options. Cant recommend enough.

The lady on the reception was so helpful the unit is lovely and clean and 24hr access is brilliant
Both Sharon and Mark have been exceptionally helpful whilst we were storing our 4 bed house at the Tunstall facilities. Sharon even went above and beyond, staying late after 5.30pm when we needed an extra unit at the last minute. Mark has also been extremely helpful in explaining the invoicing processes on their online system. All in all a very clean and secure facility with great staff. Thank you. Helen and Barry Gibson
