I experienced a very professional, respectful attitude and approach from the Burslem team in 2016, when mediation was assessed and considered between myself and the other relevant male. Thank you! 
         The receptionist was very kind and was aware that I had to rush to catch my bus etc. She was most considerate. This branch might not look quite like a mini stately home (like the Stafford branch) but there is much more humanity in this one. 👍🏽👍🏾👍🏻👍🏽👍🏾👍🏻

After ringing around several solicitors to help me to deal with probate , nowell meller stood out has the most competitive so I decided to give them a try and from my very first appointment there I was geated with a delicious cup of coffee made by a lovely , warm and friendly secretary while I waited to see the solicitor Natalie Whitmore  and what  can I say , the whole process was handled with the upmost professionalism and speed , the probate was in my hand in the matter just a couple of weeks , I would highly recommend Nowell meller and will not hesitate to use them again in the future , friendly, professional and very approachable 10 out of 10
