Best storage facility in Stoke on Trent. The place is accessible, allows you to visit at any time and you can park literally up against your container. Stored my household items for 6 months in 2 containers. Excellent prices compared to competitors and genuinely nice, helpful people. Would use this company over and over again in the future!

Stored a car here for a few months. Staff are great. Always someone around to help. Very upfront about costs, no hidden charges here.  Will come back if I need storage again in future.

U Store U Lock saved me when I was in need to move to the area within short time and with my specific requirements other storage facilities could not offer me what I was looking for at the time. At the beginning 20 feet container looked to big for me, but it was actually a good choice. They have 40 feet containers too, as well as other options if you need safe place for your camper van for example. The site itself is big, well maintained, secure CCTV and employes 24/7, checks. Containers are new, concrete internal roads provide clean acces to the containers. People working on site are friendly and very helpfull. Price was affordable for me and comparing what I had in exchange I can't complain. Would recommend to anyone and if I will need a storage in the future I know where to go first. Thank you for your service over two years.

Good Accessible Storage with affordable prices. Have accessed the site during odd times and never had trouble with any staff member. Guards are cooperative and pleasant. Highly recommended. My refund was processed  on the same day without any delays. Happy Customer and will always consider them first if I need Storage in Future.
