Food wise and offers wise this farmfoods is good/standard in line with others. It is starting to look very tired and dated inside and could really do with a refurb/refit and a tidy up to make it more visually appealing and look less run down/unloved inside!
Haven't been here for quite some time.But the layout is still the same. So many freezer cabinets it makes it feel a bit cramped in spots so if anyone stops to browse or fill the cabinet that's it. Everyone stops. I guess that's the price you pay in looking for what you want.
Amazing choice of products. Great prices and helpful staff. Can get busy. No carpark.

It's apart from one lady got the worst, most miserablist staff in this Burslem branch than the white coats back in the days we had a few factories,, around 1930,called Pot Banks,,, they though were paid to be sociapatic cows
Their sales must be very poor, because, even after 4pm on a weekday, they cannot give change for a tenner. They do not have any "No Added Sugar" baked beans.

Visited the store Sunday afternoon around 2pm 6/03/22 I was greeted by two young Stunningly attractive I might add ladies who seemed to be really enjoying their job there at Farmfoods Burslem. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in all areas of service and helped me choose which anti-perspirant deodorant would be most suitable; as I was heading to a blind date and nipped in for some breath mints and body spray as the shower had eluded me that morning yet they both remarked that I smelt fantastic which was a massive confidence boost! I will definitely be returning. The young ladies in question if they aren't management they certainly should be and other members of staff should take a leaf out of their book and look up to such great ambassadors of Farmfoods. I would like to thank them one last time. Girls if you see this review the date didn't go well...Call me.
Not as good as expected, looks unclean could do with a make over
Not my usual store, called in as I needed some pop for the kids. 4 trays coke for £26, not a bad price. Store was well lit, plenty space, great choice and staff helpful.
