Good place for tackle, staff knowledgeable and friendly
Friendly staff,with good product knowledge and fair prices , car park at side and limited spaces in front. Can pay on card as well and if you need an item from the Derby or Nottingham branch, they are happy to get it for you.
Great Staff reasonable prices
Great shop, Ordered a few items at 3am Couldn't sleep at all, Chose the free delivery option expecting them to arrive a day or 2 later, But they actually delivered the items to me at 9:30am the same day, Brilliant service, Thank you.
Awesome service. Got let down with my bait order from a different company, so rang Nathan's and ordered over the phone. Did click and collect. Just knock on the glass door and collect. Easy peasy.
Got everything you would need, everything is presented brilliantly, even has a pole show room of sorts with a box so you can try the poles out. Helpful staff and a small car park to the side for good access.
Placed an order last night for 30+ items and my order was ready to collect today the next day at 2pm. Fantastic service! Well done!
First class friendly service from knowledgeable staff. The shop offers a wide range of products from all the major manufacturers, plus an excellent range of baits including fresh maggot and caster.

Bought 2 gift cards for daughters boyfriend. When moving house they misplaced them. Later on they found one and tried to use it to be told it was out of date. NO date is on it and steve the manager said that they had put a note on the board to tell people about this. As my daughter lives in Trent vale they do not go to burslem often but made a special journey to the shop and spent £50 on tackle.. Steve spoke to Nathan and their response was not what I would expect from a respectable company.What it means is that they will loose about £150 worth of trade and a poor pr effort but they don’t seem to care. I will not use or ever recommend this shop again. Was a lot better when it was Pickerings
