We stayed at Staybridge for a night before our US visa appointment since the hotel was nearby, rooms were clean, and the staff was extremely helpful. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel is ideally placed near all of London's big attractions. A big thanks to Florian, Cristina and Tonikafor making our stay a memorable one.
We just got back from staying a week at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. Pros- close to the bus and underground station, we loved the coffee and water available in the lobby, the free happy hours during Monday -Wednesday, and for Taylor Swift fans it is right next to the Black Dog. Cons- The bed was stiff and the AC seemed to be struggling on the day we arrived over 90 degrees outside but we never had an issue the rest of the week.
Really nice hotel, rooms were a bit hot thick bedding, no additional pillows and couldn't reduce the air con temp. Also, not all the plug sockets worked, but reception took our feedback really well. Good breakfast buffet and lovely rooms despite our small issues. Staff were super friendly. First time at this chain, and I would book again.
Our experience started with the check in, where Dorin was extremely welcoming and professional.He takes great care of the guest he interacts with, always smiling. Overall, our experience at this wonderful hotel has been great. We loved the location and the hotel was within walking distance from Big Ben and London Eye! Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. What truly makes this hotel very special is the incredible staff. Especially Dorin and Cristina. They were super helpful and professional, taking great care of us during our stay. Their kindness made this stay even better. We look forward to staying here again next time we visit London! Walkability: We loved the location and the hotel was within walking distance from Big Ben and London Eye. It’s a 5-10 minute walk to the corner shop as well!
Beautiful hotel pictures don't compare to how nice it actually is. Rooms are really nice and spacious with a kitchen. Lovely bathroom too and love the lighting. Staff were so lovely and helped in keeping a surprise for my birthday. Big breakfast selection .Would definitely go again Nearby activities: Nice surrounding area. The roads are quiet with a cute Pub at the top of road.
Very nice hotel and staff. My sister and I stayed here last month and we had a very comfortable stay. The hotel was very clean, has AC, wifi and complimentary breakfast. It’s by a park and a very well known pub thanks to Taylor swift lol. It’s in a good location and you can easily walk to the city and public transports. Never did my sister and I feel unsafe. The employees were also very nice. I highly recommend this place. The only downside was that the bathroom shower door is half open. It’s a walk in shower with a glass “door” but it’s not a deal breaker. Just put a bunch of towels on the floor.
Clean and spacious rooms. Bed very comfortable. Good value for money especially for a central London hotel. Easy access to train and bus services. Breakfast had lots of choices and was very tasty. Only moan was the milk in our room was off but this was promptly replenished with fresh when we asked and they ran out of forks at breakfast which was tricky. We would definitely book again Safety: You had to use our room key to be able to go in the lift which I thought was an excellent safety feature
I recently stayed at Staybridge Suites in London Vauxhall and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional—friendly, helpful, and attentive to every detail like the wooden key card. The room was modern and very clean, with touches like high-end fig lotions and hand soaps in the bathroom. The kitchenette was incredibly convenient for preparing small meals, and I loved the USB charging ports on each side of the bed, making it easy to keep my devices powered up. The lobby features a handy mini-mart stocked with drinks, snacks, and basic meds, which was a lifesaver a couple of times during my stay. Breakfast was complimentary and offered a good variety of tasty options, perfect for starting the day. Overall, I highly recommend Staybridge Suites in Vauxhall for its outstanding service, comfortable amenities, and thoughtful extras that made my stay so enjoyable. Safety: Super safe neighborhood
We love the convenience of the hotel located in Vauxhall. The area has a very light and happy feeling. Every time we come in or out the concierge greets us. We have absolutely loved the breakfasts. My husband and I both have special dietary needs and all of them have been met there at breakfast and also at happy hour. We can't say enough about the housekeeping staff. The head of housekeeping, Marilena, I may be misspelling her name, was extra kind to pop up to our room to see what we needed about towels when I wasn't calling the special towel I was requesting by its proper British name. Each day our room has been cleaned and we feel so happy to come back to such a lovely place. We are definitely more hotel people than those who like the airbnbs! We also can't say how thrilled we are with the coffee machine! Fresh fruit is always available and that is just fantastic. I'm sure I can't remember everything about the hotel, but we love it so much and we appreciate the general manager, Scott, and all that he does to make it so nice. It was so nice of him to come and visit with us during breakfast this morning and give us some tips on how to get around this city. We were fortunate to stay over their regular Tuesday and Wednesday wine, beer, and heavy nibbles nights as well as a special International Cocktail Night where the managers presented a professional bartender who served very top notch cocktails. We see the managers working very hard to make Stay bridge Suites Vauxhall a wonderful hotel. The managers are constantly assisting servers and helping with food presentations. So impressive! Rooms: We were looking for a hotel that had a kitchen to serve our special dietary names and this one has been wonderful. Extremely clean and modern. Walkability: it so only a few minutes to the subway Food & drinks: The hotel has a lovely breakfast and happy hour a couple of nights a week with lots of nibbles that are delicious and vegan, gluten free, and vegetarian friendly. I also have a monthly coffee machine that makes every type of coffee you could wish for. Noteworthy details: A laundry room is available and they sell. Sell for the laundry at the desk for a very small price. I also have a little pantry where you can buy snacks and drinks that you may need if you come in late and need a little something else. We also noted the safety of the hotel and that you must use your card to come up the elevator. We feel very safe with the MI6 across the street! There are several lovely restaurants in a small grocery store nearby as well.
Absolutely amazing stay especially for pets . It’s the first time I have stayed in a hotel that includes bringing a pet. I have just got a little puppy baby and can not leave her so she came with us and had fun. My partner Rooms: Delightful, it was absolutely amazing Walkability: Vauxhall park which had entertainment during the day, it was very lively and people were friendly. Short walk to the bridges and the Tate museum is also within walking distance
