Awesome rooms and ambiance, food is at par and there was some construction going on outside the hotel. It's a prime location and London eye and Lambeth north tube stations are at walkable distance. #recommended
What a lovely stay we had here. Just a few minutes walk to Big Ben and the London eye. Very close to trains/ underground and local buses night and day. Very nice food both in the restaurant down stairs and room service. All the staff were very helpful and couldn’t do more to make sure everything was perfect.
Absolutely amazing. Was here for New Years of 2019. My room had the best view of the fireworks and the Thames. Food at the buffet in the morning was great and the staff were super friendly. Room was clean and so was the entire hotel. Definitely worth the money.
Most deffinitly one of the best hotels in london. Just like Matthew I stayed there during new years and had a pretty amazing veiw of the fireworks plus some great prices
Lovely hotel. Room was stunning. Great TV / Entertainment package. WiFi, air-con, lighting effects and electric blinds all controlled from a control panel by the bed. Great views. Lovely shower. Breakfast can be a bit chaotic if you coincide with a coachload of guests leaving. Gym etc too, though I didn't use it.
Had an amazing stay at the Park Plaza London Waterloo! I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. The staff are very friendly and always make the effort to ensure that I have the best stay possible! Thank you Park Plaza London Waterloo!
