Extremely good value for money. Rooms were spacious, clean and well designed. Check in took two minutes and staff were always on hand to help. Also loved that there was a bottle provided with the room and a water dispenser down the hall.Rooms: 5/5
Fantastic service, particularly from Lisandra - we booked 10+ rooms and we had very attentive service in advance of and during our stay which made all the difference for our guests. Also thank you to Ashley who assisted us with one of the accessible rooms and was very helpful. The hotel is quiet and relaxed and we would definitely book again with our company.
A great hotel. Clean, spacious reception area. A very nice bar. The hotel is set back off the main roads but a 2 minute walk to the Thames and then a 10 minute walk to Waterloo underground station, Big Ben, London eye and everything else around there. There is a car park if you drive. There are other underground stations near but the closest is 10 minutes walk. The rooms are very nice, clean and a good size. Price wise, it is a good price. I'd recommend getting breakfast as you have a great choice of food from continental to full English breakfast.
The hotel is nicely located adjacent to Lambeth Palace by the river, plenty to see and do nearby and some great pubs within fairly easy walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff, clean comfortable rooms had a view overlooking the palace across the road and with Big Ben in the background and, also has it's own car park which is a rarety in town. The room service breakfast is ginormous but, on the just warm side for the cooked element. Would be very happy to return if back in the area.
Property and quality of food is on. Good location for visiting London close to bus and 10m to the tube. Would need more places to eat in the same street but few available in a 10m walk Rooms: Good
Lovely hotel, great if you don't drive as there is a bus stop right outside. Rooms are well designed and expreemely well looked after, only thing I could possibly fault it for is not having a bath. Staff were always fantastic and helpful.Rooms: 4/5
I went there with my daughter for a girly SPA day and i can say that the experience was truly amazing. We have enjoyed the elegance of the room and the luxurious bed, the pool and sauna, the view from the window from where i could see the magical London at night and the delicious food at the restaurant on top. All in one, unforgettable memories with unforgettable people!
Excellent staff. Location is a tad little bit away from nearest Tube station. Vibe is good. Room layout is good. Service is good. Good house keeping. Great Bar vibes. Changes in breakfast can be done Nearby activities: London eye, Dungeon, Shrek are all near by. Safety: Very safe. We walked at night 1 am also. Walkability: Bus stop is just 1 min walk. However tube station is a good 12 to 15 min walk away on either side of the hotel. Food & drinks: Breakfast should really change atleast thrice in week. Same menu for the whole week is too boring. Noteworthy details: Oyester card if one needs new please go to Waterloo tube station because Lambeth North is a small station and provides only top up facility.
We stayed here for 2 nights and had an amazing time here. The hotel is located from a walking distance to the Big Ben. The breakfast and dinner were great too. My mother has gluten intolerance and it was no problem to order gluten-free food both at dinner and breakfast. The rooms had everything we needed. Thank you to the staffs hospitality as well. This is the 2nd time we've stayed here and we will surely come back when we have the chance
Rooms were neat and clean except the carpet had some marks. Breakfast was amazing. There is no ice machine though. They do provide iron in each room.Rooms: 5/5
