an ABSOLUTELY disgusting behaved Woman with ginger hair had the audacity to be incredibly rude for absolutely no reason when i accidentally walked through the exit door and she proceeded to raise her voice to me saying “i’m stupid because i cannot read the exit signs” “instead of moving the exit door walk out like a normal person” Which is diabolical coming from someone that works in a children’s toy shop and as a customer service role, Unfortunately i cannot include her name as she said it was “none of my business” . i believe she had realised pretty fast that she was being unnecessarily rude to me so clearly she was to afraid to tell me her name as i can imagine no management team of a children’s toy shop would want an employee that is capable of being that horrible to a customer.
Visited tonight with my friend and had incredible customer service from Charlie ! We will definitely be returning soon
Great experience in the Poole store today, the item I was looking for hadn’t quite made it onto the shelf yet but showing in stock online, two lovely staff members helped me out and found the items in the warehouse and brought them out for me to choose which one I wanted. Very friendly and helpful staff!
Went in today to the poole store and left reassured and happy. I was served by Hannah in the car seat area, she was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I have been served by her a few times now and honestly her customer service is great. Hannah went out of her way offering to show me how to install car seats and check if they fit our car before we buy. She also went over car seat safety information. I couldn’t thank her enough. I have been recommended to go here by family and friends and I couldn’t agree more.
Good range and easy parking.
