Great service from Scott at Halfords, Poole with help purchasing two hybrid bikes for family members currently out of the country.  He was willing to talk to them on the phone to answer questions and assist with their decision on which bikes to purchase.  Fast and efficient service setting up the bike for collection.

Excellent experience here. Had many a bulb and battery done here and every time success even where others had failed before! Big shout out to the lads a couple months back to fit my tricky headlight bulbs on my insignia, needed the smallest wrists to get into the access point for the bulbs and they managed it! Also there's an absolute legend who has a black skoda who's normally on the fitting and I'd honestly trust him with my life vehicle wise. Very knowledgeable and helpful guy.

Had to have a battery fitted at very short notice at Halfords Poole. A very easy experience. The staff  Lewis  tested the battery and confirmed it was defective. A replacement was sourced and fitted in a professional manner, there and then. The admin was handled professionally by the female employee at the till, who’s name I didn’t catch unfortunately, and also handled the paperwork to become a Motorclub member which effectively was free once the discounts had been applied to the battery fit. Highly recommended, a professional service by friendly and competent staff.

I went looking for something I had been asked to buy for someone else. I found the empty hook so asked Lewis if the item was really out of stock. Natalie his colleague went to check stock and Lewis then suggested that there may be some on the back desk. Overall, the help, advice and customer service I received today was excellent.

I popped in and spoke to a nice chap who helped with my light problem. I was offered a fitting service which I'm so grateful to have accepted as it was very difficult to fit my bulb. A very polite young person named Lewis fitted my bulb, he was extremely professional, respectful and polite.nHe took time to explain what he was doing and showed me the bulb once it was removed. It was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend their service.
