Popped in to get a new battery explicitly asked if they can keep the loom powered up as it is a requirement for my car and also said if they cant then don't go ahead qith battery fitting and I was assured yes they could. They came in battery fitted am now locked out of a very expensive stereo which is going to have to be removed and sent away. My cruise control and speed limiter no longer works and my turbo no longer spins up. Have taken the car to a professional garage to be looked at and am now without a car. What should have cost me around £100 pound is now likely to cost considerably more than that. The staff did refund me fitting costs but did not seem that fussed that there was a serious problem. since the event I have tried to contact them to no avail. I will be taking this matter further but for now my recommendation is to not have installations done here as they seem to to have minimal to no training of their trade.

Just had my cars main lightbulb changed by Sam. Excellent service and all in the cold and dark. Brilliant. Thank you.

This is the first time I visited Halfords. I received excellent service from really lovely and efficient people. I would recommend and will use again.

I went in today with an urgent bike repair. I'm staying with friends on a cycling holiday and my Halfords electric bike decided to act up big time. Even though they were snowed under with work, they managed to fix my bike so I could collect it this afternoon and continue my cycling holiday. Top class, friendly service....thank you.

Can't rate highly enough went there today to replace both windscreen wiper blades and Steve went above and beyond to track down the correct blades and fit them and all with a smile 😊 THANK YOU! We left very happy customers ....definitely recommend 5*
