I bought a Voodoo Limba gravel bike from the Halfords Ferndown store because it was in stock there, and opted to build at home. I had some issues with getting the gears set nicely on a few test rides, so I booked it in at my local Poole store for a service. Amazing staff! They instead booked it in for a full build check and got everything set nicely, and only charged me for a build fee £15 instead of a service £40. I'm very satisfied and will continue to use Halfords Poole for my aftercare/servicing.
Absolutely incredible service at the Poole branch! I bought two bikes last week, and Richard was incredibly helpful and patient with us throughout the entire process. Today, I collected my bike, and Scott was genuinely helpful and highly professional. You don't get this level of customer care often, and their fantastic attitude truly made my day. Highly recommend! 5/5 stars.

I needed to source some Bosch Service parts for my sons VW Polo.nTried the usual Motor Factors GSF & Euro to get best price and availability and did a random search to check pricing.nWas surprised to see Halfords come up and beat the price and offer to get them in store within 24 hours. I ordered them and they actually arrived within 2 hours the same day. They even rang me to confirm they were ready for collection - highly professional.nVery helpful and knowledgeable staff - impressive!
I needed my tyre pressure checked and Halfords was close by. They were really helpful and not only had my tyre pressure checked but also windscreen fluid topped up and tyres checked and something else. It was all nicely explained to me. To my surprise it was free.nI decided then to join the motoring premium club as it looks worthwhile.nThey were also able to supply a mobility tool handle to make it easier to get out of the car. This does help. The staff were really helpful and understanding.
