Needed to replace our worn out sofa and after extensive internet searches decided to give A World of Furniture a try. Had a few queries re various sofas on offer which were answered in a prompt fashion by John at the Blandford store and decided on the Midland 3 seater sofa which was on display at Poole. Excellent efficient & friendly in store service and sofa purchased in about 15 minutes. Delivery was just over a week from stock but unfortunately it wouldn’t fit through our front door! The two delivery guys went above & beyond and carried it through our rather tortuous rear garden and managed to manoeuvre it through the back door without the slightest scuff to the sofa. Overall a five star service and I would have no hesitation in recommending A World of Furniture to anyone and would certainly use again. Also, the sofa is great value and extremely comfortable.
Having been a customer of A World Of Furniture for the last few years, I can safely that I wouldn't shop anywhere else! I would always recommend visiting over any other retailer, as the furniture is amazing quality, and fantastic value for money. The customer service is something that I value most whenever I visit a store, and it's definitely 5* in the Poole branch. The whole team are lovely, friendly and so helpful and have never had any problems during my time as a customer there. My partner and I have recently moved into our first home, and we've kitted both the living room, and bedroom with A World Of Furniture goods - I could not be more happy! They were delivered on time, by the professional team and it was a stress free process. Thank you Poole team! :
Huge offering, well priced. Help available, otherwise leave you alone. HORRAY!! .. .. Subsequently ordered a number of items, and duly delivered. A couple of minor blemishes we were unhappy with immediately resolved, and replacements delivered following week. BRILLIANT service throughout. A pain free experience. They deserve to be doing well.
World of furniture. Why a 5 star rating. Firstly parking and collecting amble of parking spaces and assle free . Furniture we purchased from dinning tables to recliner chairs , bedroom furniture e.t.c and the quality and finish is a high standard. Staff always polite and helpful and they usually assemble your orders and protect them with bubble wrap. They also have a small area of discounted stock too. So world of furniture as been world of joy for us .

What a fantastic find the shop is. Bought some bedroom funiture and the staff,Ben and Paul, could not have been more helpful. Furinture delivered on Monday and I am absolutly delighted with it. As a bonus the delivery chaps were polite and professional and delivered to the room of my choice, sorry it was upstairs, no packing left and items perfect with no marks or scuffs. will be returning again next time I need some quality furniture.
Just unpacked our bedroom furniture, ordered 4 days ago. Absolutely love it, great packing, no flat pack. Best furniture store we have ever bought from. Thanks to a great sales team and company!!!
Fantastic choice of decent, good quality furniture. No long waits for furniture to be delivered like the big furniture companies and as a bonus the staff go above and beyond to help from the minute you enter to setting up furniture in the home. Can not recommend enough.
All the oak furniture is solid and you can see it! Don't like buying large items on line and not knowing what you may get. All the staff seemed friendly and knowledgeable and appeared to enjoy working there. The lady who served us spent a lot if time with us trying to help us decide on what to buy. Not pushy and very patient. When we purchased everything was explained, delivery times etc. Very happy.
I very rarely leave reviews but felt that A World Of Furniture in Poole deserve an amazing one! I ordered a bedroom set for my daughter and dealt with a guy called John and from the very start from his non-pushy help in choosing products through to having a fault with the wardrobe not their fault, the suppliers fault he dealt with everything in a friendly, helpful, professional manner. He and the store really went above and beyond the call of duty and John kept me informed of what was going on from start to finish. They never made me feel like a pain, as a lot of people probably wouldn't have even noticed the fault I picked up, but they never tried to argue it with me, they genuinely seem to want to have happy customers. I would recommend them to anyone and if I am ever in need of more furniture I will most definitely head back there. Thank you A World Of Furniture and thank you John!
