I had an exceptional experience at the store, thanks to Quinn! From the moment I walked in, Quinn went above and beyond to help me find everything I needed. Not only did they provide all the information I was looking for, but they also took the time to show me a variety of gear options I hadn’t even considered. Quinn was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and clearly passionate about helping customers make the right choice. It was clear that they genuinely cared about making sure I left the store with exactly what I needed, and I couldn’t have asked for better service. If you’re looking for top-notch customer care and expert advice, Quinn is the person to see!
Only wanted a pair of gloves !. Took about 20 minutes or more to get through checkouts. At 1st only 1 till open then opened 3 more but because of issues with the tills and stock queries took absolutely ages. Not they're fault to a degree but need to sort out procedures.
The shop is massive and has loads of great gear and prices are good too. However I'd made a click and collect, was told it was all ready and when I arrived is was told 2 if the items weren't there, which was pretty annoying
Great prices, large range. Friendly helpful staff.nnVery dig friendly with water and biscuit bowls outside.nnCarpark is shared with sainsburys and us unfortunately pay and display. If you shop in Sainsbury's you can claim back parking.
Was helped by a staff member called lizz when looking for a new coat. Very happy with my purchase and the help I recieved from her and the friendly checkout staff
