What can I say ...walking to work this morning, was a baker who walked from Bearwood to bake bread for the customer...it took 1.15 mins . !!! Yes but that was at 2 .00 AM well done above and beyond .

Improve signage throughout the store. Better, although inconsistently so, access to personnel in the grocery aisles. I know it's all about merchandising but stop moving sections around the store so much: it is annoying. Most checkout operators are friendly.

Very large Tesco store with a good range of products. This store has an upstairs section with clothing, homeware etc which is a broad range. Store features a cafe, petrol station and online shopping. Not had any issues with staff. Carpark is extremely large.

Being disabled, I thought I would get Tesco fleetsbridge to deliver my online order. £7.00 delivery charge!!! £7.00? I live within walking distance!!! Needless to say I had to fetch it myself. Not impressed.

For the past three months my large online shop always from the butcher counter I either never get the quantity I order or once they never delivered any at all .. yet I went into store and bought what was claimed they didn’t have. Fed up with I’m sorry’s now Nothing changes
