Huge range of trainers and clothing. Very cramped and hot in there, so not a pleasant shopping experience really. I guess the trainers are fairly reasonably priced (they're not an item that I buy very frequently). The entrance is at ground floor level but you have to go up the escalator or use the lift to get to the sales floor which is one level above. Might be a bit of a drag for anyone with impaired mobility.

Lots of items but I think maybe too much. You can never walk arou d thus shop without bumping into at least three people. You can never find anyone to help either. The staff seem to busy on the walk talky for the show section than offering help to anyone else

Went on a Saturday. Dreading it from experiences of years ago when you would wait ages to be served, by a dosey teenager, then wait ages while they got you the other shoe to try on. I take it back now. There were plenty of staff. Very friendly and helpful. A good system of getting the other shoe was in place...one person on a radio while the others fetch it....well done saturday staff. :)

I bought a pair of shoes one day in the morning, walked around a bit and find it not vey comfortable. When I return in the afternoon asking to swap for a different size a guy told me the shoes are woren out and not resellable and refuse to swap or refund. I personally think this is ridiculous, won't bother buying anything here again.
