Can't fault this branch. Really pleasant and helpful staff and a wide range of products. I have bought everything from wall-hanging hooks to electrical extension cables for our local office, and all have been good value. Happy customer.

Very pleasant and helpful staff and a wide range of products, as well the sale upstairs . Had to return Window Vac cleaner , as it was faulty. No problem at all , was exchanged for a new one . I'm very happy and I'll keep shopping in this branch . Thanks again

Helpful, friendly staff, stock most hardware type thinks, stock on two levels, stairs to first floor, haven't seen a lift . Check website for deals

Brought a sensor light from here in the sales, turned out it didn't work. When we went back the miserable looking staff tried to refuse a refund claiming the on/off button still worked. Why would we want something called a sensor light if the sensor doesn't work? the clue is in the name, absolute miserable morons, and shoddy work practice. Will shop elsewhere in future, if they keep this up.
