Well first visit, and absolutely the last!nnRude staff and picked up the some wood only to have it took off us by a staff member who needed it for a delivery.nCan't believe in was in our hands and pulled out and denied our rightful purchase.nnI grabbed my receipt an was told off for taking it too soon, despite the transaction being completennYou need to take a long hard look at customer relations especially in these difficult trading time an as stated we will never be back an will activately advise to anyone I know to trade else wherennUp your game
I've been coming here for months now, at least twice a week.nnI have NEVER had a bad experience.nnALL the staff here are exceptionally friendly and helpful.nnThe product range is robust and extensive.nnI have stopped looking anywhere else for price comparisons, as I don't really want to shop anywhere else now.nnIt is very clear this particular branch is a well oiled machine, from the outside looking in.nnMany thanks for the hard work and great attitude. I am a loyal customer of Selco now, based solely on the friendly staff and professional atmosphere. It is truly a pleasure to see business done right.
All staff helpful and easy process delivery was 10/10 Poole branch Waterloo road
Wasn’t my best experience in UK, they refused to return stuff that I paid for with my card and have all receipts for, without the builder approval, the builder is not responding to my calls and messages!nThe staff there were not cooperative in that regards, not sure if I can recommend them to anyone!
Terrible service they delivered materials to me and just dumped it in the garden with no respect . All the concrete posts were damaged and they refused to come and replace them they have dumped 1 ton bag on top of the other and will not come and move it . I will now go elsewhere for all my materials . Absolute disgusting firm
