Rather small to bear the description 'department store' - it's a fraction of the size of the Bournemouth branch. Always strikes me as old-fashioned and expensive.

Sat in the cafe eagerly awaiting my turkey and cranberry roll, half an hour passed and my husband ....being starving hungry and having drunk two cups of tea....suggested perhaps asking how much longer...... ...so I did ....yours is next....i was told ! Sat down check my watch 15 mins later still a no show ........back to the counter and complained that we certainly were not next but the couple opposite had indeed had scampi and chips delivered and all we wanted was two turkey rolls ...so feeling brave asked to see a manager! A supervisor arrived at our table full of apologies saying our lasagne was on its way and at this point lost it ! I can however recomend the clipper next door where we had a fabulous meal on our refund !

This is a review of the restaurant. Ordered 2 tuna panini's. Took 30 minutes for these to get to us! They were already made, we handed them to the staff from counter so all they to do was toast them! Won't be going back in a hurry. At least they had high chairs unlike many other cafés.

Oh my days, it's like the land that time forgot. Service in the cafe was painfully slow and prices for the rest of the place are expensive. Looking forward to closing down sales
