Received a great service from Leo, he was really helpful, had loads of knowledge and let me choose at my own pace. Great store as well. Can’t wait for my new sofa!
Me and my partner where looking for sofas and just browsing, until we fell in love with the one. Then one of the Staff called Leo Tsapalos guided us and helped us. He was very friendly not pushy and very polite and professional. The whole experience was explended. Very happy with the purchase and service.
Wife called into store a week ago to ask if it was still possible to buy an armchair to match a sofa we had bought through the store 2 years previously. The salesman quickly looked up our details and found the make of sofa we had, we were able to purchase the armchair there and then. Within a week our armchair had been delivered. Cannot fault customer service, thank you.
Absolutely awful experience and would never use again. Terrible service, misled over time frames for delivery of sofa set, told 10 weeks and will end up being around 22 weeks with no communication to keep us updated. Left voicemails on phone system, no calls back. Went In to branch and discussed issues including no communication re dining table set. Was promised a call a couple of days later. Partner called on the Friday after us not receiving a call re dining set only to discover someone not us has confirmed delivery for the wrong date and at a house we don’t live at. Delivery cannot be stopped. No contact from FV or dining set supplier other than 1 SMS with a link to arrange booking delivery for dining set, link didn’t work. Was told by FV I had confirmed the date which is a lie. One of the worst services ever received and zero accountability for issues. Will recommend against using these in the future, unacceptable at all levels. Great looking products, hope they arrive at some point this decade!!!
My Wife and I were served by Mr Michael Carliing a First class salesman very knowledgeable and polite and giving us time to decide on our purchase, thank you Michael, Geoffrey Peers.
We ordered a bed frame on the 5th Novemeber, it's now the 28th December and no sign of the bed frame at all, nor can anyone tell us when to expect it! We were told it would 100% arrive before Christmas which we weren't fussed about because it was meant to arrive the week before on the 17th. Everyone we've spoken to have been very polite but not been able to give us any information at all so any communication is a waste on both parts. I am 7 months pregnant and currently sleeping on the floor which is not enjoyable or pleasant, not knowing when it's going to end is very stressful.
After looking for beds for many days, Raymond at Furniture Village managed to help us finally put our pursuit to bed. He was friendly and knowledgeable and made buying a bed simple
So disappointed were we with an experience in the neighbouring DFS, we walked into Furniture Village with very low expectations. However, from start to finish the visit was superb, mainly due to the professionalism and knowledge of Raymond. We ended up finding the perfect sofa and to top it all off ended up by buying a bed and mattress too which we hadn’t planned to do that day. It was a joy to shop in this store, with lots of attention to detail and plenty of information available to see for all that is on display. The two neighbouring sofa stores could learn a lot from Furniture Village.
Just like many others that have reviewed. Absolutely exceptional service from Raymond and the team. Pleasure to purchase a sofa from them, we are so pleased!
We came into store today and saw Andrew Witt we received excellent service as always and chose another sofa and as regular customers of furniture village due to the quality of each product we left happy again so thank you again furniture village
