We were dealing with Jason today in the baby section. We needed to get a new car seat. Jason gave us great advice and went through everything with us. He has a wealth of knowledge and was great to deal with.
Amazing customer service from Rebecca . I've had a couple of issues with my daughters pram and anytime I went back she was always so helpful. So professional and very understanding for such a young girl . Definitely needs some praise from management on how lovely and helpful she is . Smyth's fonthill. Thank you
Big toy shop with lots of options..
Couple of weeks back my wife and I purchased a baby seat. Staff member Natasha couldn't have done enough for us. She talked to us through all our options and she even sacrificed her lunch break to install the baby seat in my car. She was so helpful and enthusiastic. It's very difficult to find help like that nowadays.
I bought my son the ultimate hot wheels race track for his birthday but couldn’t get the dinosaur to move down to eat the cars , and I couldn’t figure out why , one of the managers in your fonthill store was so helpful, took 30 mins trying to figure it out for me , turns out the mechanism to love the dinosaur wasn’t clipped onto the track properly, he was so kind and so helpful, he even showed my little boy how the dinosaur worked with the cars. Great customer service , my little boy is delighted the dinosaur finally moves.
Went in to the store today so my kids can spend there vouchers but was told at the till that they are not expecting any vouchers today... no sign up explaining why they can't expect the vouchers nothing on there website.. shop filled with kids crying at the tills because they can't use there vouchers including my own kids.. staff had the worst attitude about this situation rude and ignored me and multiple family's
Really great customer service experience Today @ store. I Was collecting toy house for kids Santy present. Not a hope of it fitting inside my vehicle. Kim went above and beyond to make sure it somehow did by breaking it down to different parts. A really pleasant customer service experience . Thanks again Kim!!!
Very bad customer service. I asked for a bag, and the employee said they don’t have any, but I was clearly able to see a bag behind the guys back. The guy was also very rude to me, my card got declined and he was walking away with the item that I wanted to buy, but I tried it again and the transaction went through. I was at the customer service section.
Unhelpful staff on games sections and console. I wanted to buy a case for the Nintendo switch. The staff was not very knowledgeable about what they had on stock and I had the impression that he wanted to get rid of me quickly.
Who doesn't love this store!!This one on the Fonthill Rd Dublin is big and stocked to the brim. I was there with my grandchildren. My 7 Yr old grandson was 7 and wanted some figures from The 5 nights of Freedie games. We didn't know where to start so asked a girl stocking shelves. She was rude and even though we repeated the question twice and the name of the toys she just shrugged. We then asked a really nice young guy who brought us to the aisle and gave us information about the product. It was refreshing to meet someone who obviously loves his job and the toys he sells. We got my grandson 3 figures, prices are great from 11.99 to 15.99. There was a very happy 7 Yr d leaving the shop yesterday. Thank you Smyths Toy Store.
