I've  had a lot of dealing  with both liffey valley and kylemore road.  about tiles, and they've been SO helpful, unbelievable

My go to place for tiles and more! Excellent service.

We were in the shop to buy a laminated floor. the guy in the store was unwilling to help. He didn't even wanted to check the price for us and told as they dont have the floor that was displayed without price. We kindly asked if him if he can check with an other store since we have seen it there 2 days ago. He just told us we should go there and after asking him several time to call so we dont go if they don't have it. Then he pretended that he called and in the other shop they haven't seen it for a long time the one we wanted to buy. We have still went there and got the floor we wanted and the service in the Coolmine store was much better. They told us that noone has rang them. Really disappointed with the service in this store. Unfortunatly the guy didn't have his name tag.
