How I wish I’d read this company’s awful reviews before purchasing anything. I paid a deposit for furniture here. The agreement was we paid a number of payments to pay off the full amount then they would order the furniture we choose. We were made aware of the company’s dreadful reputation a short while after and decided to cancel our order and seek a refund. Right style refuse to give us our money stating they are fully entitled to keep our money. Just to clarify they did not order any items for us.  ******Review update ***** Unfortunately you seem “your not our customer” as a regular excuse looking at your awful reviews. I was in your shop last week on the bank holiday 31st October and you had no problem finding me on your system. Also do you really think people are leaving reviews for random businesses if they weren’t unhappy customers. Your running a shocking service and ripping people off and it’s only right people should be made aware before going into your store. I know I wish I knew what type of business you were before handling you any money

*** I wish I had checked the reviews before purchasing. Advice to others, you have a right to redress through the small claims court which is inexpensive 25 Euro and effective resolution within 30 - 60 days. ***  Avoid at all costs! They are nothing but a bunch of con-artists. Basically what you order in store is NOT what you get. The issue we have with our sofa is going on for months now and we've heard all the excuses in the world from the 'Customer Services Manager' Megan. She's had more annual leave than I have had in two years and has gave excuses about their container being broken into and no staff in the distribution center as they were all on holidays at the same time. No attempt to fix the issues or even give us a courtesy call to provide an update on their ghost shipment that was due in a month ago. We've been left with no option but to go down the legal route and look for the maximum payout of 2000 through the small claims court.  How the owner can stand over their business being run like this is beggars belief.

Hi I wouldn't advise anyone to buy stuff from here. My wife and I bought beds and a dining table with chairs. First, the wrong colour of bed was delivered to me for the king sized bed and the second double bed didn't have the side drawers which we paid for. We called for a refund of the money we paid for the side drawers and they told us rudely to contact customer support instead of handling it themselves swiftly. Our dining tables and chairs haven't yet been delivered to us till nowwe placed this order in june. We have concluded that if the wrong colour of our dining tables/chairs are brought, we wouldn't accept it and would ask for an immediate refund.  Please I need my refund for the side drawers ASAP.

I got my sofas off them late September, the delivery was a-bit slow but their customer service is great, my 2seater was faulty but within 2weeks of going in to them and explaining, they emailed me to sending the video, I got a new one yesterday… I would highly recommend Rightstyle furniture. Thanks for everything I would be back again

Absolutly, most definitely wouldn't shop here again. Already have told friends and family same. Everything was perfect untill we were waiting for delivery of sofa and dining table & chairs. Went into shop to speak to a member of the team regarding an update on delivery date as items hadn't been delivered and we couldn't get in contact with the shop - tried calling shop multiple times before going in. When asking for an update in the shop as furniture hadnt arrived, a member of the team which I won't name because I'm so appalled and embarrassed of how we were spoken too, who was the same person we dealt with when buying items back in march asked what we were doing in the shop when trying to explain we were just looking for an update on delivery. He asked for our invoice number which we didn't have on us. He proceeded to shout at us telling us this was illegal to look up order numbers and how we could get him into "serious trouble" if he looked up our order number without the invoice, talking to us as if we were 2 kids. We couldn't get a word in to try tell him we could try get the invoice or call somebody at home to send us a picture of our invoice he just continued to get angry that we didn't bring our invoice with us. Telling us 'for future reference bring the invoice' - there won't be a future because we won't shop here again. Anyhow, the furniture arrived 2 days later, and it's gorgeous furniture. It's perfect and the delivery men were a great help. Were a young couple who just bought a new home, I feel our age was defiantly taken advantage of here as there is absolutly no way this member of staff would of talked to an 'older' couple like this. We were in shock. Other than this member of staff talking to us like 2 children who forgot their homework it would of been a 5 star review.

Beware!!! Their beds are not assemble on delivery and we weren’t informed. Now they will get someone to contact us and we have to pay cash on delivery for the person to assemble it.  After spending €2500 on a bed and mattress with them, that what you get. They don’t disclose important information to get you to buy their products. Beware !!!

Brilliant service Dylan helped us out so much, even got our sofa delivered quicker then he said as he new I wanted it sooner then later. Highly recommend.

We moved into our new home in Sept 2021 with the vision to have our front room 'livable' by Christmas. After visiting numerous of furniture places in Cork and getting nowhere with delivery etc. I began to lose hope. An add came up on my phone for Rightstyle Furniture and I saw beautiful couches so I gave them a call. I just happened to press 2 for the Fonthill store and I was greeted on the other end of the phone by what I can only call an absolute Gent Mark.  I started asking loads of questions about different sofas I saw on their Instagram page and we even had the banter by locating pics left 2 down from that picture see this couch etc :o That then turned into a video call when I narrowed it down to exactly what I was looking for.  I loved how Mark was very honest that's what you need. The sofa I had my eyes on and he knew I wanted comfort and relax he advised me that it was more a harder couch, which I was very satisfied with as I would not be testing them being close to 3 hours away.  Never did I think I would purchase my furniture without even testing it myself but Alas I did. Mark was very accommodating, listened to all my needs and even showed me ones that I missed.  I am very happy with the Customer Service, I now have my couches and my front room is ready just in time for Christmas.  I also went on a few days later and purchased my child's bed with Mark and he pulled out all the stops by having this out to me too.  Thanks very much for all your help. Rachel

I seen a sofa I was interested in on the website and I rang to ask a few questions I spoke to a guy called Paul who was very helpful, efficient and friendly he sent me on the measurements and I called him back the next day to say I would like to go ahead and order the sofa,  the conversation literally took a few minutes my couch was ordered and with me in a few weeks and we love it, the delivery guys were lovely too, very helpful and patient, couldn’t recommend paul or the team more

Purchased my marble table and chairs from Rightstyle Furniture, they are beautiful and I absolutely love them! friendly staff in store. Initially the delivery was a little delayed but I think that was due to the delivery company not the store themselves which can’t be helped, Table was delivered and assembled and my mam checked it over as I wasn’t home however she missed a crack on the corner. No big deal and I could easily have lived with it but I was afraid the crack would worsen over time so I emailed customer service to have a replacement, customer service was a little slow i had to chase up the issue 3 weeks in a row, customer service assured me that a replacement would be with me soon & today my replacement arrived 2 weeks after last contact with customer service overall I am happy as and would purchase from store again, some delays can happen with any company and in the long run didn’t cause me too much hassle to wait. Other than the delays and time keeping with customer service replies I was happy with the product & friendly staff both in-store & on delivery. Photo is of the crack on original table which they’ve taken away & a photo of the beautiful table and chairs themselves now it’s been replaced
