Professional service and good advice given. Great sale offers. Picked up this spin bike down from 600 to 300 euro.
Very helpful staff, can't do enough for you. I needed something that wasn't in stock in the shop, and didn't have much time to get it and Ciara didn't let me leave the shop until she had it sorted out for me. She called other stores who were also very helpful and their delivery guy also went out of his way to help. Real customer service. The shop is always spotless and all staff are very helpful. Surrounding shops could take a leaf out of their book.
Great service! Darrell was amazing! Very hard working person with a positive attitude and great manners. He helped my daughter and myself to get the perfect shoes and support insoles. Thank you very much !
The girl in Elverys in Blanchardstown was very helpful on assisting me with trying to get the exercise bike. When I went to the store in Fonthill to collect a chap working there saw me carrying it down stairs, immediately came to my aid, got a trolley, waited till I paid and wheeled it to my car. Fantastic experience all round.
Never have any sizes in stock!! With regards to runners or football boots! When you can find a member of staff, eventually, their response is "What's out is all we have." One of the women grabbed the football boot out of my husband hand and just kept walking, heard what size he wanted, and just kept going!! Then she got someone else to come out. Rude!! I have only visited the shop twice, and it's been the same woman.
Elvery's is at Fonthill, and has most anything you want in sports clothing, trainers, jerseys, and if your in keeping fit a huge selection of gym equipment, A must see or look at their website, It's a top website with everything you may be looking for.
Great shop, always have offers on and if you don't notice the buy one get one half price offer the people at the till always let's you know, we'll done guys,
Always polite in the clothes section. Need some customer service training in footwear dept in my opinion. Also did click and collect today and the young lady was polite, enthusiastic and wished me a lovely afternoon. Ye should bottle her. Lovely girl!!!
Great selection of sports clothing and equipment. Store is well laid out. Also the staff can't do enough for u so nice and helpful
