I should've read the reviews prior to shopping here. A warning to future customers. I am disgusted with the customer support offered by this company. I purchased a table with an ETA of 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. Upon receipt of the product, we discovered that it was faulty. We contacted them the next day and had to chase them for almost 3 weeks to get something done. After pushing for a refund, a gentleman came to my house to find out the table of indeed faulty and offered a replacement advising us the it would take about 2 weeks. We're left with a wobbly table and no updates. 3 weeks later, we contact them again since they never update us and they advise us that it would take another 6 to 8 weeks for a replacement to be delivered, not what I agreed on during our home visit. We asked for a refund and they REFUSE to refund us. It will be almost 6 months of us chasing this company to get our product/money back. DO NOT BUY FOR THEM, THEY ARE SCAMMERS. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU FAULTY PRODUCTS AND ZERO SUPPORT. EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF. Edit after staff response: ALMOST 6 months, considering the wait for the table, the wait for a repair which never came until we contacted many times, the time for the replacement. The table was purchased on May, delivered on July - 2 months, over a month of contact with them, 3 months - Today was advised it could take another 6 to 8 weeks for a replacement - another 2 - 3 months, so somewhere between 5 to 6 months to MAYBE have a working product. They had personnel come to our home who admittedly said it was a manufacturer's fault, considering all of the legs are unstable an unsecured and now they are trying to blame us. Again, just take a look at A LOT of the reviews. Unless you're lucky to get a working product, you don't want to have to deal with their staff.
If I could give a negative star review I would. No information provided about the furniture at point of sale .they get every quick to take the sale price money but not issue a receipt . For the particular sofa set I ordered I did speak to sales in both naas and Liffey valley and not one person mentioned that the sofa’s were self assembly. Worst customer service
Do not trust them they lie to make a sale. And when ya come back to them they don't want to know. Bought insurance through them to cover my sofa two years ago and was told that the electrical motors is all covered no problem and I have the one year warranty. Guess what the insurance they sold me does not cover that all. The sofa Motor is now broke and hanleys furniture don't want to know. Quality of product bah your having a canary 3000 down the drain a sofa should last last you years not min 2 year. Joke avoid them. Really I would never believe negative comments but honestly they don't care once they make the sale.
I purchased a dining room table 4 chairs, 2 carver chairs, from Hanley Furniture on September 2020 got the delivery just before Christmas as promised, But one of the chairs was broken, went back to the store and told the sales man he asked me to send him a video of the chair , that day I sent it off by email, it went on for weeks with me calling the store and going in but they kept telling us that it was the manufacturers fault,we got the new chair eventually it was different height and back was narrower had to go back again and again after back and forward for 6 months. I had no options but to go to the small claims court, They disputed the claim saying they had no copy of purchase , in court I had all my receipts for proof of purchase and photos of damage, the judge told them send me 6 new chairs with in 7 days in perfect condition and rescheduled the court date for 4 weeks, if I was not happy with them. Of course they sent out chairs all different. Hanley Furniture are just so bad. I went back to the court and to our surprise Hanley Furniture did not turn up I had so much proof the photos don't lie ,the judge ruled in our favour and we got our money back it took nearly 2 years, but it was worth it. Would definitely not recommend Hanley Furniture after sale service is disgraceful.
Went to look at furniture and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Very helpful with any questions I had and easy to deal with. Great customer care , would highly recommend !
Scammers told us our sofa would come assembled came in 6 boxes we told them we didnt want the sofa if it didnt come assembled promised us it would . We paid for the protection plan which we were told it covers everything which it doesnt worst place to buy furniture out of. Liars and scammers !!!!!!!! Do not buy anything from these the dont care once the get ur money!!!

Hello everyone. Here is the delivery in this store. I went to the store to figure it out, they said it’s not our problem, tell me where to turn about this? The store refused to look into it and said it was normal. I bought a table and chairs, they didn’t give a check, they took the money in cash. I have a disability, I don’t have the strength to figure it out, I am writing a statement to the court. Yes, and who will tell you, what I photographed from the furniture delivery man, he proves that the table and chairs are the same price. on the photo and on the check? if you do not shield different in color.
Great staff. Ciarán in liffey valley is too good for the store. He was so good I left buying more than I went in for, and I am delighted with the items. He should train others how to upsell. I will be back to the store again and again. Well done guys
