I was really pleased with the service and they were so nice, even though they only sent one fella to do a two man job! The delivery guy was so nice about it and l had to get a friend to help him up the stairs and l live on the 3rd floor no lifts, But he was so nice.
Buyer Beware. NO CUSTOMER ERRORS TOLERATED. Anything you buy must be returned unopened or it will not be accepted. I mistakenly ordered a wrong item which was discovered by my kitchen installer only after un-packaging and am now left with it. I'm stuck with a very expensive Bosch over counter oven to sell privately. More Ryanair than Ryanair. BTW DID have more humane policies in this area. Buy from them.
The staff here were very knowledgeable when I went to replace my broken TV. They were able to explain the differences and suggest a suitable replacement for my old Sony TV. I bought the LG TV recommended and was very happy with the price and performance. Under €350 for a new 43'' smart ultra HD TV
Never buy from power city. I purchased a set of cables to connect my laptop and monitor and I was told that these will work with 4 K monitor. Cables never worked and I was told that they couldn’t be returned because they have been opened and there is no fault in the cables. I didn’t even get a store credit. Never going to this store again.
Place is so outdated !!! It's like walking into the 80s !!! Staff are sound one of the girls at the till had to a refund for me and she was basically babby sitting all the other girls on the till she has the patience of a Saint and needs to be paid more !! Two of the lads on the floor were very helpful one was just on his phone for the hole time but most of the team were very helpful again that young dublin girl on the till needs a raise or she will be gone
Well priced household electrics. Friendly and helpful staff. Worth a visit if buying large white goods as the prices are very competitive, even generous by comparison to some of the suppliers arround Liffey Valley
I find it more expensive than currys but it often has more stock than currys. It's easy to get to and always have plenty of staff, I've even had staff take cookers out of my car for recycling
Check out staff are great. The 2 irish girls are great help and so helpful. Good quality products too
Stay away from this shop at ALL cost. I wanted to change a present that I will not use, for store credit or for the money I paid 2 days before. The box was closed and in perfect conditions. They told me to follow a member of staff that will do the refund. Another staff that previously in the till opened the box, came and told the girl not to do the refund. She refused to identify herself and she said it was a senior member of staff and they said I need to contact the main office. I asked for a manager to the security or someone in charge to explain what happened and how I was mistreated. I will complain to the main office, but do you need this hassle? No customer phone number, no customer care whatsoever AVOID THE STRESS AT ALL COSTS particularly if you are buying something dear cause the customer service it’s appalling…
Bought a TV a year ago. Wouldn't turn on. Fault with the remote. Wouldn't replace it. Bought 2 heaters 6 days ago. One of them faulty as it kept tripping the electrical board. See attached invoice from electrician. REFUSED A REFUND from head office and I quote - "you won't be getting anywhere with me" "how do I know the fault isn't with your electrical board" So walked out and left the heater there! As a business owner the customer service is the worst I've experienced.
