I had a wonderfull expierience in this shop. I had a bruised knee. The arnica tablets really healed my bruise. More respect for staff at this shop.

Ella, Joan, Jennifer & staff member in Health Store Liffey Valley are amazing masters of their craft. They provide health & product advice  competently with commitment & enthusiasm &  demonstrate the ability to work under pressure & to plan & organize successfully to meet tight deadlines.  Close attention to detail results in meticulous & accurate work. Their strong interpersonal & communication skills have allowed them to develop good working relationships with colleagues & customers.  Each of the staff has the ability to handle any queries & complaints with precise accuracy in a calm timely manner & seek & take advice from their amazing professional line managers when necessary. Staff  are always well presented. I would greatly appreciate it if you would highlight my observations to  management & to much appreciated staff in Liffey Valley Store.

Usually go in here to stock pile one particular item which is very hard to get anywhere else. Majority of the time I have found them myself and had a bit of banter with the younger sales assistants. However was in the other day in need of assistance and was totally ignored by an older lady while waiting to be served. Thought at first she was dealing with another customer until I realized staff were just chatting amongst themselves. Then when she finally acknowledged I was there it was to tell me to put my things down. No hello, no response to my how are you, just kept on talking to the other employee. If I hadn't  needed my items desperately I'd have walked out and left them on the counter. Decided I wasnt bothered asking for help from a person who clearly didn't want to deal with me. Took what I had and left with a polite thanks and have a nice day which was met with stony silence. Found what I needed after in Holland and Barrett which was more expensive but staff so nice. Will not be back to this health store again.

I found the staff quite unhelpful. I went with a list of menu items which was a bit all over the place but there was nobody else in the shop. The shop attendant, maybe even manager  told me that that I needed to give her all at once that she wasn't going to be running around the shop picking up the stuff for me. She reluctantly dragged herself around with a bit of a huff. I thought thats what a shop attendants was there for! The shop is only about 5 steps across, everything is randomly jammed on the shelves and there wasn't even anyone else in the shop at the time, 2 shop attendants-1 customer. I bought a few things, not half what I needed and left. Teach your staff about customer service, Holland and barret is only a few steps away and the staff bent over backwards for me. I won't be back.

Seen an advertisement in the window and was going to request about the item when I got in two girls where having what looked like a great laugh behind the counter I stood there hoping  someone would come help. I was the only one in the shop. And was looking around to see was anyone else available. Disgrace that having the chats comes before customers. No wonder the place was empty.

Guys be careful as the price on the shelves didn't match the real price and you will be over charged on the cash desk. Terrible and very rude Staff. They are so lucky to have open this shop here and a such shame  due to a huge amount of negative feedback. So simply if you want to avoid your disappointment just go to somebody else....

The manager of this store is Peter who is a very informative and helpful person. Check out their pricing because some of the products on offer are very competitively priced, in particular the Irish made milled Chia products.

I just love going in to the health store because no matter what the problem the staff are so help full. I would reccomend the vitamins because the staff are so helpful and friendly I would go even if a neighbour was in a case of an emergency.

Great experience shopping here, staff were so helpful, even sourcing something they didn't stock for me. Will be back.

My favourite store and love dealing with Joan. So knowledgable
