Purchased two pair of men’s shoes on 8th February 2024. My husband is finding them not comfortable at all trying them on. I phoned Clark’s Liffey Valley today Friday 8th March 2024 to ask could I get a refund on both pairs of shoes. I was told no because I am ONE DAY over the 28 day return policy. As a loyal Clark’s customer all my life, going forward I won’t be spending another cent with Clark’s and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone I know. Shame on Clark’s, a very bad customer service experience for being ONE DAY over the 28 day refund although the shoes are in saleable condition, in the boxes and have my receipt.
Was in liffey valley today and we decided to stop in here as i saw lace less shoes when i past shop on graften st. As i had a stroke i am unable to do my shoes. Since i was with my partner we decided to go in and look. We saw a pair of shoes to try on but needed right size. There was only us in the shop and another man and daughter just came in and what we soon learnt to be 4 staff. Great almost 1 saff member to customer you would think... but sadly not. When we looked at the 4 standing talking and leaning 1 girl turned and staired. My patner asked if we could try on a size. Well apart from the look of your interupting us here. She did go and get the shoes to try on. Thats why i gave 2 insted of 1 since 0 isnot an option. Who ever the manager is you should really look at your staffing levels. We went back to ecco where we just left and what a difference. Twice price for the shoes which fitted better and service much better, only 2 staff at this time and the lady recognised us as just being there and could not do enough for us, im already thinking of going back there if these shoes help me. Very disaponted with clarks. Felt like i was a inconveniance to the gathering.
I had a wonderful experience with the staff members in Clarks. I was treated with kindness and respect while grabbing new work shoes. The manager, Laura, and her team made me feel that I was being looked after. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for classy, stylish shoes and wants to be met with smily and genuine keen to please people, look no further than Clarks in the Liffey Valley shopping centre. 5 star service, 5 star staff and 5 stars for helping me choose the right shoes.
My wife and her friend had a terrible experience in Clarks today 21st June 2021. A 2 years old child dropped slushee on the floor and the Store Manager was so rude towards ladies. She made them to clean up the mess and treated them as slaves. After Mom cleaned up the mess, Manager wasn’t satisfied and she made her to clean up again, like seriously which shop owner or a Manager do that to their customers. This was the height of disrespect and rudeness towards foreigners. This is an inexpressible humiliation which two poor ladies had to face in this store today. I really hope that after this review company would seriously take an action against the Manager. they actually bought pair of shoes for the kid after this incident. I mean they were genuine customers not just window shoppers.
Great staff, all so friendly and helpful. Went here today after an awful experience with grumpy, miserable staff in Clarks in The Square. Liffey Valley have a bigger selection to choose from and the staff were so good with the kids and took the stress out of shopping for kids school shoes. We dealt with Niamh and she was so nice and thoroughly checked the kids shoes fitted perfectly. Thank you for making my day that bit easier!! I’ll definitely be back to your store next year!
2 little girls got their feet measured and both got new shoes. The lady was so kind and gentle with the girls. Great experience for the children
Friendly helpful staff, but been in on multiple occasions & size needed never available in kids shoes.
We had a very bad experience in clarks leafy valley today.The manager was standing at the entrance for scanning people with her eyes. We were 5 members. 3 kids and me and my husband. She said only one person can go there is no space or you need to wait because you guys are five.we said ok.After that we went inside and chose two pairs of shoes.other staff members were helping us to get the size, going here, there and upstairs.Ofcourse we need to buy 3 or 4 pairs of shoes for children. Suddenly the manager came in a frustrating manner and said,” you guys need to finish quickly because other family has an appointment to Come inside”. We said it’s not we are taking time, your staff is searching for the sizes we want,so it’s not our fault.say your staff to be quick” The manager lady showed her real face and said,” leave from here, you are not allowed to buy anything. She started snatching the shoes from us that were in the boxes on our couch. What kind of behaviour it is? Such a humiliating act she did. We will never go to this shop just because of that rude lady so called manager leafy valley shopping centre Clark’s high authorities must take an action for this. Otherwise Clarks will going to lose their regular customers.
Had an extremely good experience, excellent selection of footwear and the staff couldn't be more helpful
The girl who measured and fitted my two granddaughters was very good . I didnt get her name , but she had a lovely manner .
