I was in your Liffey Valley Store today, 10 July. I'm a 'new Mum' to a lab puppy. Brooke, your very lovely Sales Advisor was ever so helpful  and answered lots of questions and gave me great advise. I did make a couple of purchases and definitely will re visit your store. Mary

I had a great experience in the liffey valley store today. I purchased a cat tree for my 3 cats and met two lovely members of staff. Unfortunately I didn't get either name but Maxi Zoo should be very proud of them. The young lady who dealt with me first was very professional and friendly and the young man who helped me to get the tree into my car was also very friendly and obliging. Well done to both of them

I get most of my dogs supplies here, Large shop, with a good variety of products for pets

Great store! But very disappointed, I brought my in with me to buy her goods and I’ve been told by an employee that next time I should keep my dog in the leash, my dog is a golden retriever, sociable and not aggressive at all. I would never expected go through this type of situation inside of a animal store.

An absolutely fantastic shop filled with everything you need we dealt with a awesome girl called Jane fantastic helped us out very knowledgeable and an awesome person we got all the bits we needed for our new puppy

Rang in advance to check if they stocked the dog food I required. The phone was answered within 2 rings. Really nice helpful lad who went and double checked before confirming the had the food. Arrived and was served by the same lad. Very nice and friendly and its a fine big store with everything I needed for my dog.

Some of the stuff is expensive,not many staff

Good store for your pet needs. Some prices vary alot to other stores.
