Situated amongst the boutiques of fashionable Knightsbridge and Sloane Street and just a stone's throw from Hyde Park, the five star Jumeirah Carlton Tower provides a luxurious retreat from London's bustling streets.

Review of Jumeirah Carlton Tower in London. I am a permanent resident of Dubai, and for my family and me, Jumeirah hotels have always been the gold standard for hospitality and service. We frequently choose this brand because of the confidence we have in its quality. Unfortunately, our experience at Jumeirah Carlton in London was deeply disappointing. Despite the fact that my family members and I hold Platinum and Gold statuses in the Jumeirah One loyalty program and the hotel was informed about our visit in advance, our room was not ready upon arrival. This already caused inconvenience, but the situation only got worse. In every other Jumeirah hotel worldwide, guests with such statuses are always offered complimentary breakfast. However, in London, we were informed that breakfast would be charged, which was both unexpected and unpleasant. Moreover, in the evening, we requested at the reception to prepare the sofa bed for our child while we went out for a walk. Upon returning an hour later, we found the room in complete disarray: bed linens and pillows were simply thrown around the room, but the bed itself had not been prepared. I never expected this level of service from Jumeirah, especially given the loyalty status and the brand’s standards. This experience has made me seriously reconsider my opinion of Jumeirah Carlton Tower in London. I sincerely hope the hotel takes steps to improve its service.
My stay at Jumeirah Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The rooms were incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean, and that’s all thanks to the amazing housekeeping staff. They’re truly remarkable and manage everything so well—my room was always immaculate. The hotel's facilities are top-notch, and the location is perfect, with easy access to Harrods and many other great places. The reception staff were also extremely friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I honestly can't imagine myself staying at any other hotel in London. Jumeirah Hotel will always be my first choice! One minor point is that the food in the room service could be improved, but it was still okay and not considered bad.
I had the most amazing stay at the Jumeirah! The service was the best service I’ve ever received during a hotel stay. They even made me custom slippers with my initials on it and got me chamomile tea with the best chocolate chip cookies I’ve ever had! Everyone at this hotel is so kind and understanding of their guests. I can’t wait to come back. Thank you for the amazing experience and the wonderful stay!
We visited Jumeirah for their famous Parisian hot cholocate. The hotel was very lavish. The customer service was excellent, and the staff were polite and attentive. The hot chocolate experience cost £18 per person with additional extras at £3 per item. The hot chocolate tasted great and was very luxurious. However, it was very rich, and we only managed to drink 1 cup each between us. We had one pot each. I'd definitely recommend one pot between two people. If the hotel allows this. I'd definitely recommend visiting. The experience was great.
I made my mind to cut short my stay from 10 days to 5 days and change the hotel for one reason. With all of hospitality and luxury. In-house guest doesn’t have the right to set in lobby without permission. When you come you have to wait and most of table are reserved all the time while it’s empty. It’s really weird! How do treat your in-house guests! Need on spot corrections Simple details could easily destroy your comfort zone Other positive things; the front desk, room service are up to the standard Special thanks to Mr. Emre was outstanding in providing the right support with professionalism The gym is well established and equipped The room has prayer mat The bathroom is designed matching gulf traditions hand washing sprayer The breakfast is served in La Maison Ani with good options of food some food item must be paid as fresh juice, water and shakshoka Again, Simple details could easily destroy your comfort zone In general I score it 8 out of 10
Amazing experience. Especially the gym and pool in the middle of London are unique. Rooms were clean and breakfast tasty and healthy. I liked the calorie counter on the menu’s. A special thanks to doorman Mohamed. Everytime we walked in we were greated and he was always down for a lovely conversation.
Amazing staff from the getgo. Friendly, cheerful and very helpful. Efficient and top standard service. Gorgeous room with a beautiful view. I was look after really well. Thank you Rooms: Beautiful room, comfy bed, gorgeous view.
Always nice to be back, since 2019. Beautiful hotel. Unfortunately I didn’t find my favourite Turkish coffee. But I had a very tasty cappuccino and I was recommended sponge cake it was epic. Highly recommended itService: 5/5
Do not go here for afternoon tea!!! Friday me and two friends came here for afternoon tea and the service was horrendous!!! We had to ask 5 times for drinks , had to ask for tea and still didn’t bring it after 3 more attempts asking plus champagne. Only 4 finger sandwiches each and tiny scones. Not enough for an afternoon tea not offer to bring out more sandwiches like most other afternoon teas. Service was so awful more like a 2* hotel, servers all seemed new like they didn’t know what they were doing . I’m guessing the front of house serve bald man with glasses or maybe even the manager also awful service after complaining to him about the service and asking him to bring us our drinks , 20mins later still no drinks!! When we asked for another portion of sandwiches he just looked at us rudely and begrudgingly said ok. Seeing as this ‘afternoon tea’ cost £250 we had champagne it was a complete rip off and I will not be returning back even as a hotel guest. Avoid avoid avoid !!!!
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. The team is mindful of every detail and anticipated guest needs as is customary of a property of this level. I look forward to my next stay here.Rooms: 5/5
