I had an amazing stay at The Hari. The staff is wonderful and accommodating. My room was cozy and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is centrally located and I loved being able to walk to most places. I highly recommend.Rooms: 5/5
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hotel Hari , and it was a memorable experience made by the staff. The ambiance of the bar is both elegant and cozy. The service was impeccable by Andrei , eniko sergio , and the host Angelica, with attentive and knowledgeable staff who made excellent recommendations and ensured our experience was smooth and enjoyable. Overall, dining at Hotel Hari was an exceptional experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch meal in a welcoming and stylish setting.
First, I booked by phone for the Hari Terrace. Once I reached, they told me I had no booking. After that, the hostess told me she might be able to find a high table for me. I said it was okay because I couldn’t cancel at the last minute. During our phone conversation, she had mentioned a minimum spend of £35 per person, and I confirmed that it was fine. The restaurant was empty, so she could have seated me at a normal table, but she didn’t want to and was rude about it. Then, she asked the waiter to come to me and demand another £35 per person and he said this in-front of my guest which was so rude . I told him I would come to him and went to the bar to ask about the £35. The bartender told me they didn’t have this rule. It seemed she was trying to take advantage of customers! Food & drinks: I dont recommend it
Amazingly beautiful.. location is very convenient The staff from the reception to room service and concierge were very helpful and extremely nice I would like to thank kristen, Sami and Carlos for their help with the bags it was lots of heavy luggage and they were wonderful.
Nice hotel, we got a large room, $100 meal voucher, free breakfast and late check out due to Amex credit card. But the location is not the best in terms for transit or bus accessRooms: 5/5
We just went to the bar to meet some friends. We had a wonderful time, the bartender was so knowledgeable and lovely. A really lovely experience.Service: 5/5
A truly exceptional hotel with amazing service. We stayed in a suite which was clean and immaculate. The rooms are not huge but don't let that put you off! Location is generally quieter and you can walk to Hyde Park or local cafes etc.Rooms: 5/5
Very nice hotel property with sleek rooms. Great lobby, bar and restaurant. Rooms: Great design. View to bathroom not a feature I like, though.
Very good Location, service was amazing! But the food was disappointing, the pizza we ordered was no where close what we expected. It looked like pizza from a shop, ricotta was nowhere to find and there was no presentation, small plane pizza for 24£ in this amazing hotel, it’s should be embarrassing to serve food like this to a place like that.
Fantastic location and top service, the whole staff went above & beyond during my whole stay. Highly recommend.Rooms: 5/5
