This is the first time I visited this place. It was a pleasant surprise. Good parking available. Fantastic ambience as though very recently refurbished. The seats were par excellence. Henceforth my first choice of cinema. The staff were friendly and helpful too.
The waiting cue was very short but the staff was very slow, therefore it took a long time to get some snacks and chips, a bottle of water that I did not even get until the end of the movie... Because I released that I paid for it but it has not been given to me. However, the place is nice, fancy, and also welcoming. I like the atmosphere but I think the service should be improved.
Cinema is lovely with comfortable reclining seats. Staff are quite abrupt and not good with kids! One was very rude to our children. Toilets were dirty and smelly. Tango ice blast has been replaced with the not so good icee. Film was very quiet, didn't seem like it was turned up loud enough. Kids kept asking what was being said as they couldn't hear it!

I took my daughter to see scream IV in coventry brilliant film very gd quickly compared to the previous franchise. Lovely and modern inside very big 14 screens to choose from plenty of drinks and food. They have recliner chairs and plenty of room infront and they are very comfortable and Awesome.
One of my best experiences of cinema very high quality screens and comfortable seats like no other cinemas, Very clean and tidy also very reasonable price. Highly recommended guys.
This was my first visit to the showcase since the covid-19 outbreak. I really like this cinema, it has great seating and lots of leg space. My only issue was that there's a load of litter outside and nitro canisters in the car parks.
Great place to watch a movie especially during the weekend with family or some friends. The seats are so comfy, you can stretch your legs or slide the seats back for a more relaxing position, but careful not to fall asleep. The car park is very spacious and there are other nice places around like Nandos, Tesco and Frankie & Bennys just some minutes away.
The best cinema I've been to so far . The seating is comfy and the prices are very reasonable.
Not expensive, actually have Coke rather than Pepsi, which is great if you prefer Coke like me. New seats are simply epic, the sound and screen in the X Plus are great. Disappointed that they removed Pacific Rim from all 3D showings after 1 week of being out. They seem to only have 2 screens which are 3D these days which is poor in my opinion. Wouldn't go anywhere else to watch a movie now.
