The young and the old talk about the global warming and the climate catastrophe, yet Warwick Art Centre's new restaurant is adorned with plastic plants all over. One of the best Universities in the globe ought to lead by example. Would not recommend.
It is a stunning arts space in the middle of Warwick University campus. Multistorey car parks located a short walk nearby. Staff were really helpful on the day of our visit, helping to secure our pushchair and locate seats quickly. Already booked a return visit in October for another theatre production. We will also try and visit for family events that occur on a semi regular basis.
Wonderful intimate theatre Mica Paris was fantastic from the very start ,getting everyone on there feet ,she had the place rocking and was shaking hands and hugging people, what a truly warm and wonderful lady backed by an amazing band and 3 terrific backing vocalists ,she is truly the British Queen of SOUL
Lovely place, I was surprised to see how it's all been remodeled since covid and hope to have a meal there next time we go over. The show was wonderful as usual. A comedy gig as that's what we usually go over for. Easily accessible.
I didn’t really know what to expect. I’ve never visited the university or Coventry for that matter. The arts centre was absolutely class! The theatre was bigger than expected, with comfortable seats and felt up to date modern.
Great modern venue in a great surrounding. Staff and facilities are brilliant. Comfortable and spacious seating with a good selection of bars and even a internal restaurant. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to visit
I enjoyed the time spent here. The Arts centre is very easy to locate and close to the bus stop. I was here to see the movie Wakanda Forever. There is a restaurant on the ground floor if you need to dine with friends/family before or after seeing a movie. The restrooms are neat and easily accessible.
Nicely done inside compared to a few years ago. Very friendly staff who are excellent, but there still seems to be not enough of them in the refreshments area, so queuing is long at the times you would not want, usually just before a production you are there to see! We were there early but still only just made it in on time. Hence only 4 stars and only my opinion.
Really nice Arts Centre. Clean and spacious. When I was there today there was a small leak in the foyer but great to see all the Estates staff acting quickly to resolve it and keep the shows going.
Not easy to navigate campus. Parking awful. Was recommended which car park to use by customer service person who was lovely it was dark in a wooded area, poorly lit & littered with trip hazards. As a woman alone I was very reluctant to use it, but by this time I didn't want to risk missing the performance, as I had been forewarned it was a 10-15 min walk across campus & I had wasted precious time circling campus to find carpark. On the bright side, The venue was wonderful. Acoustics brilliant, lovely seating. A little disappointed that Mr Vengerof only performed for a short part of the whole concert, but this may be normal for the star performer. No program of performance was available that I could find on arrival. I thought ticket price reasonable to see such a prestigious violinist
