It is a nice cinema but unhygienic staff. I ordered a coffee from the Starbucks and could smell something of the boy who was making my drink, I could smell him from across the counter and it was not a nice smell! I was unsure if he was on Starbucks or a cinema worker but he had the cinema worker shirt on and an apron. He was being helped by the real barista but both were unprofessional talking about inappropriate things in front of customers I was with my children. I was waiting a while. It surprise me that they allowed that bad hygiene in a food area because it put me off my drink and I threw it away. The girl with piercings who served me popcorn I found a blonde hair in the one she gave me and a hair in the soft drink lid. I notified a different staff member and they gave me a replacement which was nice but shouldn't have happened. I came upstairs and it was okay the floors clean and seats clean just bits of popcorn in some places. Good film and would come to watch again just maybe no food.
The cineworld at Solihull is on the upper floor. The cinema is clean and well maintained. There's a Starbucks in the cinema if you want a coffee. The popcorn and nachos are exorbitant though.
Went to see Matilda this evening and unfortunately a boy was ill in front of us. Staff were very reluctant to come and clean it up, after me and my partner asked on separate occasions, having to leave the film, as it started to smell. They eventually did... but only sprinkled bicarb of soda on to hide the smell before then trying to scrape it up with some card... which didn't work. A very unpleasant trip.
Four of us went to see what's love got to do with it at touchwood solihull. Unable to read sub titles. So don't go there to watch the film.

Quite upsetting that only 4 of us could share the urinal - the 5th guy was really upset. Clean, pleasant and friendly. The family deals have made the entire experience much more affordable and we will make it a much more regular thing. Having trailers playing in the foyer for The Purge was a bit of a surprise, coming out of a U movie with the little ones though!
Great Cinema. Lovely staff. Comfy seats. So convenient for Solihull. Wish Cineworld gets the cash injection it needs. Be gutted if goes. Highly recommended
I loved it so much its my local cinema I go there all the time
I visited ones a week all I can say excellent, foods its alright specially one of my fav in there is shake chocolate with vanilla flavor,toilet was clean, hopefully I will be there this weekend for the horror movie.
Nice to be able to eat before a movie. Pity everyone else doesn't. Hate it when my film is interrupted by popcorn munches and mobile phone addicts! That's said. Great venue!
