A good cinema experience- it's tells you it's cheaper if you book online so we did that in the foyayer as we had time to spare - friendly staff, actively cleaning, good selection of treats and a Ben and Jerry's icecream bar. A good priced ticket, but we were in a small screen screen 4, and there wasn't much leg room, seat's not as comfortable more expensive cinemas
Came here for the first time, the staff were very professional, easy going and friendly. The atmosphere was very calm and relaxed. It's not as big or comfortable as Showcase Delux cinema in Coventry. The seats are less comfortable, they don't recline and if you have long legs you'll have to fold them, apart from that it's all good, overall it serves it purpose to the fullest.
Shameful. Ridiculously hot. Was like a sauna, sweat dripping off people in Screen 6 and stank of sweat. Everyone fanning their faces, wafting t-shirts, wiping sweat off, using drinks to roll on their foreheads.nnVarious people complained, I informed what appeared to be the manager who swiftly disappeared after I asked him to come and check it himself. I knew when he skulked off, he was off to hide, yet he said he’d make sure the ac was on. Sat sweating for 30 minutes, went out and he had disappeared for good. Asked another member of staff to come and see for himself. He radioed the manager, who stayed hidden and just made excuses over the radio all of which i could hear. Sat through another 30 minutes until i went to find another member of staff, who again agreed, but said there was nothing he could do and it would cool down soon. There was another young lady who then came to complain and said she had to go outside to cool down and sit outside, as she felt ill from the heat.nnIt was apparent that the manager was hiding and leaving it to other members of the team and that none of them seemed to care, so I gave up and left.nnAbsolutely disgusted with the whole experience and the complete lack of customer service is unbelievable.nnShocking. I advise you don't go here.
Screen was good, but customer service was terrible. Staff member laughed because I gave him my voucher code for a ticket after selecting my seats, so he was annoyed he had to start over. Popcorn was stale, tango ice blast tasted off. VIP Seats in the cinema were dirty, I had to actually clean them myself with a wipe. Oh, and another staff member didn't serve me until I went to her specific cash register, I mean she could have just said I'm serving on this till.
So hot, cramped and uncomfortable. I spent the whole movie with sweat literally streaming down my face, trying to find a comfortable position without elbowing my neighbor or kicking the people ahead of me. Perhaps they aren't aware that for sold out shows they need to dial the air conditioning up? Or is it just broken in Screen 3? I couldn't wait for the film to just end so I could get out of there.nWe also didn't get the seats we booked; the seating looked nothing like the diagram we saw online.
