It's not our local cinema but the kids got Cineworld vouchers for Christmas so we took them New years Eve. It was lovely and clean, and the seats were comfy. They provided a booster seat for my daughter, as the chair kept closing with her in it. Staff were friendly, and there was a wide range of snacks available. If you are like me, and you love a tango ice blast. I'll let you know ahead of your visit, that they don't do them here. We watched Strange world, a new Disney film which the kids really enjoyed. It is a smaller Cinema, so some films aren't available. However, if you just want a trip out and don't mind what you're watching it's definitely worth a visit.
Standard Cinema. Good for what it is - something to do in a small town. There's snacks, Baskin Robbins ice cream and a small arcade area. Few tables. I wish there was a cafe/seating area so you can chill and wait and not look awkward. The pool table could look to be opened. Nice place on the whole.
The seats need...burning. Although clean floors, the seats fabric integrity is compromised, and they smell. Covid now is the least of the problem. Otherwise, helpful staff.
Went to go a watch Avatar Way of Water in 3D with my Daughter. Cinima seemed empty. With only 2 members of staff. Film was amazing seats comfy. But just so over priced. Cost us about £50 for tickets, glasses and popcorn and drink. They need to make it more affordable. To encourage more people to to visit. Felt like it was closing down
Popcorn and drinks are pricey and 25 mins of adverts before start of show. Comfy seats with a good view, so not all bad
Clean place and toilets, plenty of spaces in screening rooms, good choice of movies.Kids always happy and have a fun in gaming area. Not far away from home, also lots of shops and restaurants in the same place as cinema. It is much easier to find parking compared to other cities, importantly, parking is free
Great cinema staff very friendly and helpful. Lots of choice at the concessions stand. Plenty of parking. Would put zero stars if I could due to the blatant profiteering over prices of drinks and snacks. Fizzy drinks are very weak more soda than flavour.
The place is clean and tidy, but need some updates as it is behind the current era. At the playground most of the machines are not working.
Watched quite a few movies here. The seats are comfortable and the sound wonderful. The amenities like clean toilets and a good food counter in the lobby add to the ambience.
We had a good experience when we saw Bullet Train. It was a great film and funny too. The cinema is expensive for snacks but the cheese on the nachos is amazing. The best deal is popcorn and a good size drink for £8.
