I purchased a Slush Puppy/Ice Blast which cost £5 - A bit costly if you ask me. Also, I got chips with melted cheese on top - despite the cinema snack booth being empty at the time, the staff started chatting instead of getting on with my order, i had to wait a long time and nearly missed the beginning of the Movie. When I got my chips and cheese, the polystyrene was burnt black and into holes. My chips were melted into the polystyrene! I wasn't very pleased. Otherwise, the seats are big and comfy and the facilites look very modern and fancy. The toilets were also lovely. Furthermore, you can self serve yourself so can avoid human contact if you so wish. However, I would advise you to get there early - it gets full very quick and you have to 'book' your seats when you buy your ticket.

Great screens, and an overall enjoyable movie going experience. Sound is great in the rooms, seats are comfortable. Decently priced tickets, but I guess the money is made up for with parking and food. Popcorn could use some work, but other than that, I'd highly recommend it. Also THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE IN LEICESTER WITH PROPERLY MASKED SCREENS.

Always up to date with new movies coming out. Directors Hall is great. Also their team is always kind and willing to answer your questions.

We love it here, we will drive for more than an hour to use the Directors Lounge screen. The ticket is a little extra but you get a free drink and popcorn with the ticket. You can order alcoholic beverages, desserts and bar food. The theatre is a comfortable temperature and the seats are comfortable with plenty of leg room and table that rotate in front of you to make it easy to eat and put your drink down. The toilets are clean and we'll looked after.

We went to showcase as the other cinemas arent as good, seating is so comfortable and plenty of leg room. 2 bars available for a little tickle before the film or after with plenty of other temptations to cater for all needs. The hot dogs are massive and theyve got a Ben & jerrys ice cream parlour. We had a great family film night we will definitely be back again.
