Rosaria, Greg, and Perpetual and really, all the staff were INCREDIBLE to make my 7-day stay AMAZING!! So much better than any hotel- It truly felt like family and a place to call home. I hope they are all here when I most certainly come back to stay again. Thank you!!

Visited as a plus one guest with one of the members, had a relaxing vibe. It was Mother’s Day so it was quite packed in the restaurant/cafe floors on a Sunday. But if you can get a membership and can go here regularly close by I recommend it.

We had Sunday roast as part of a SoHo house event. Food was great and our waiter was so lovely Matt with the glasses!. The only problem was that the music was blasting to the extend that my friends and I had to shout at each other.

Came as a friend's guest for some drinks this week and was pleasantly surprised by how much this place lives up to the hype I've heard. Great decently priced cocktails and beautiful ambiance with a cool view of London. The heated pool was also so fun, I can't help but envy the members!

Service is generally good and some friendly staff… but the food quality & menu choice have massively gone down over the years.nPizza, burgers, baps…Small portions and high prices.nThe Japanese restaurant is good.nPool booking policy in the summer is ridiculous. What are we paying for as members we you can’t access the pool on nice days?nAlso is it not about time that members could use their mobile phones on the club considering how noisy it is anyway?
