Amazing customer service provided by Philip.  I found the car I wanted on the website and it was all done over the phone with everything explained to me.  I picked my car up on Saturday, a lovely showroom and friendly service.  Philip was happy to go through all the controls with me and I had a test drive.  I'm really pleased with my Crossland X, immaculate condition inside and out and lovely to drive. Thank you. I would highly recommend purchasing a car from Drive, Stockton. Happy motoring

I booked my car for a service through a very easy process I wanted an afternoon appointment and was given 2pm.  My arrangements changed and I took the car earlier this wasnt a problem I was welcomed by Alison who was very nice. She quickly confirmed the work, my details and price agreed and said she would contact me as soon as the car was ready to collect. I received the car health check by e-mail  soon after I returned home. Alison rang as promised to let me know when it was ready to collect. She had all the paperwork ready for me on my return.  I have never had such an efficient service and was very happy. I will definitely use Drive Vauxhall again.

I’m a longtime customer of Drive Vauxhall. The service team are excellent and always helpful and fair. My car is always well looked after and I rarely have issues afterwards. Highly recommended.

Just picked up my car today after visiting the showroom last week. On both visits I have been made to feel very welcome.  Manager was fab, friendly, and helpful. As for Peter Covell, what an amazing salesman. Attentive, polite, professional but so friendly. Showed great empathy on my test drive as I am not the most confident of drivers. Whilst picking my car up today, Peter went throught processes again, explained everything in the same friendly approachable manner as my first visit.  Peter you are an absolute credit to the company. Thanks for everything.

I waited twelve months for my car. I ordered a bergendy colour. When I had to go and pick it up. It turned out to be blue. No apology or nothing.

Our Salesman Philip was the most friendly and helpful person you would want to meet and fully explained everything to us which really put our minds at ease. We have a lovely new car to drive plus with the added peace of mind of a brilliant company with excellent customer service to go back to should we need them. Highly recommended, the best car dealership we have used to date by far.

We collected my new car the start of the week and the whole process from start to finish was amazing. A massive thank you to Phillip who was amazing the whole time, coming out on multiple test drives with us, and having the answers to any questions we had about all the cars. Wow, first time ordering a Motability car from here and very impressed. The order was promptly done and had updates at every step from Tom Motability Specialist.  Notified when the car was in production, shipment and when it landed in the UK and also gave me my registration plate prior to delivery. Ive never had that before.  I also recommend the customer service team. I have had a few ongoing issues with another dealership and spoken with Alison who has always been super helpful and resolved the issues I had.

Very happy with the service received when purchasing our new car. No pressure or pushy sales. All of our questions were answered and communication has been great. Thank you Peter and Ash.

Just got a new car. Needed same parts for her. Pick them up today. But I had a phone call to say the parts had arrived. Great service. Big  up.
