I had the best experience of buying a car at Vertu Honda Stockton on Tees. Liam was always friendly, polite and very knowledgeable, even remembering the different types of tea we drank! I cannot praise him and his colleague Mathew enough for sorting out my phone problem of pairing to the car. All the staff at this dealership are just so lovely, helpful and professional. Such a refreshing change from RMB Toyota Darlington!! Thank you Liam. You are a credit to Vertu Honda.

Vertu Honda Stockton were helpful because, From stepping onto the forecourt I was greeted with a polite and smiley face, Nothing was a trouble and definitely no pressure what so ever , I was looked after by Stephen Butcher who took care of my viewing, And sale, He also introduced me to the manager Richie Corkain. Where I was treated like a valued customer, And nothing was a problem. I give 5 stars for service and dedication, I highly recommend a visit to Vertu Honda and see what they can do for you .

Vertu Honda Stockton, Preston Farm not to be trusted. You may be able to find a reasonable second hand car but watch what they offer you for your trade in. We were told our trade in was work x-amount because it would only go to auction as they wouldn't be able to sell it from there. We continued with the purchase and exchanged vehicles, but when we returned to follow something up, we found our trade in, for sale on their forecourt, for TWICE the amount we got, they said it was due to them having to do work on it. All they did was give it a wash. Pathetic. When we raised this with the manager, our old car was very quickly removed from the forecourt - never to be seen there again. On to our new vehicle. It developed a fault with in days of our getting it, so we returned it. They booked it in to be check out. Couldn't find anything. We continued with the fault, ringing them to say the knocking noise was getting worse, they asked us to book it in again for them to have a look at. This time they found something wrong with the break pads, and said they had fixed it. Within a couple of days the problem was back and it was worse. We called into a Kwik Fit, who took it out for a run, when they got back they said there was definitely something wrong and took it straight in to be worked on. Within 15 mins it was fixed, they showed us where the break pad fittings were loose and that was making the knocking noise. We drove away from Kwik Fit with the problem fixed and it never returned. We returned to Vertu Honda Stockton to see what they had to say about it. Not much. After a few months we decided to change due to the lack of power our vehicle had. The outcome of this is that we will never purchase any vehicle from Vertu Honda and will probably never have another Honda due to problems we had with ours being under powered.There technical department isn't very good as they had our vehicle at least 3 times to be checked out, found nothing at first and supposedly fixed on another occasion only making it worse. Buyer beware. Go elsewhere.
