Took a lovely car out for a test drive a few weeks ago from here. My previous car had been written off so had the cash to buy outright. I wanted to know a few details about the car first before I made an offer and I would have been happy paying the asking price too. However, they didn't get back to me. When I called to chase up, what they had forgotten to tell me was that they'd sold the car later in the afternoon. If they had called me back, I might have bought a different car from them as they had a few on the forecourt that looked decent. == update == Since writing the review, I've spoken to Norman Howard the owner of the company. I really appreciate the call back and he stressed that this is not the way they work. This seems to be an unfortunate circumstance and although my original score was 2 stars, after our conversation, I'm happy to re-assess and give this 4 stars now.
Put a deposit of £200 pound on a Audi A4S for them to hold it for a week and I decided I don't want it, I didn't even test drive it or agree a finance deal on the car, they put a MOT on the car without me knowing and without me asking for an wouldn't give me my deposit back see what trading standards have to say. Be aware I would never buy a car from them. They also lie look at the reply I NEVER took that car out for a drive and you DID'NT hold the car for 2 weeks it was less then a week but you need that £200 more than I do.
Looked at a car from here Hyundai x35 about 2month ago decided to buy the car customer service was excellent, generously gave my children £1 each to get sweets out of the sweet machine as I had no change on me. We had a small noice on the car did not effect it use, rang Norman and explained this he come and picked the car up got the problem sorted and dropped the car off again, put desel in car and when I got it back it even had been cleaned. Such plesent people to deal with and I would recommend them to anyone. Very happy

Martin did not test drive the Audi and it was held for 3 days it was a shame circumstances changed but that's how it goes completely unfair after reflection of events that you get to keep a deposit on a car that isn't ours was having a bad day when we turned up as it was but thinking about things we won't come back as falsely accusing us us of test driving the car
Called to look at a vehicle spotted on auto trader saved pic of vehicle price It was £1000 more when i called to view : Cramped car lot but some very nice vehicles
Staff were friendly, car was ready when they said, nicely cleaned and drives well.
