Great service from start to finish whilst purchase of our new Countryman Cooper Sport. Keith Rees the salesman was very helpful and friendly. Very knowledgeable and nothing was any trouble. Rebecca Hughes is also an asset to Vertu Stockton,friendly,professional and attentive. Both persons kept us updated on progress of order. Taking delivery was smooth and went well. The showroom is clean and tidy and has some fine vehicles on show. Various add on packages were explained to me and I will be taking up on a Service Plan for the new car. It’s a great looking car,drives extremely well and is spacious for us two “oldies”. We look forward to many great journeys in the Cooper Countryman. Thanks Mr and Mrs Johnson

ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!! Booked mini in for recall gas emissions test a month ago, explained a courtesy car was required as owner work for emergency services, it was not a normal service but after a few calls the guy on service reception rang back and confirmed a car would be available. Last night rang to confirm booking and courtesy car was available, " computer says not on system" She assured me she would call me back after speaking to her supervisor, well she didn't bother herself to ring back, obviously it was home time!! So I called them first thing and after being swapped from one person to another and having to explain the situation several times they basically didn't give a damb! " we can book you in again" said the clown!! No accountability or apology!! I am so thankful that I didn't buy the car from them nor would I ever do so!! A SHOCKING ATTITUDE!!
The worst customer care I have ever had the experience in suffering! My partners coupe was taken in as an recoil due to potential fire risk, told to bring it for 10, not a problem but then all manor of hell followed. Asked how long it would take we where told by a young lady at reception who made us feel like we had interrupted her day that it would be a couple of hours and then they would call. Three hours later no call, called them and for the love of God please don't press option 4 on the phone as this just leads to disappointment while you wait for call to be answered. Eventually got someone who's said they will get a message through to that department. This lead to nothing...called back another hour later, to have the same discussion, then again nothing so we drove all the way back to the showroom, where we where told that the car won't be ready and the job is an all day job the irony was it was the same girl who told us it will only take a few hours! and she also informed us that we should have asked for a time when the job will be ready....funny I thought a few hours as she said earlier covered this but maybe not in the wonderfully world of mini If my partner did not love the car so much it would be on the market tomorrow and I would never have to endure the misfortune of going into that dealership again. Thank you mini, thank you.
Just awful customer service, absolutely put me off buying another mini ever again. From being mis-sold a service plan, to the rude service receptionist. I was given the wrong car back when I went to collect my own, and have substantial evidence that the service was not conducted correctly including an admission that the service paperwork which I had to ask for had not been fully completed nor had they checked my tyre pressure even though they'd ticked the box to say it had been done...the warning light on the dashboard should have been enough to clue them up, but apparently not. These guys really need to check section 49 of consumer rights act, because just wow what a fail.
Rang this place to enquire about a mini to purchase. After waiting sometime the receptionist got back to me and said someone would ring me back. After three hours of waiting I decided to contact them again, Another wait but finally got a salesman, I asked why no one got back to me. Abruptly he said they were busy. no apologies. This is no way to run a business, bad customer service. Plenty of dealers around with better service.
We bought a VW Polo for our daughter for her first car. We dealt with James through the whole process. He was professional and gave plenty updates on the car right through to the key hand over. Thanks James for everything, Lily was overwhelmed.

Called in today for second visit with intension of looking to purchase / order new cooper sport, wondered around for 15 mins & not once asked to be help, so got in car & will my business elsewhere. This is my local dealer but I will travel for right customer service & I've been to couple aready There is plenty of mini dealers to chose from with in 40 miles of my home
