No longer a Smart dealer. We were interested in a Smart #1 but were told the nearest dealership is now in Newcastle.
Fantastic to deal with. Bought a used car over the phone from central Scotland and the process was super smooth from start to finish and they offered and honoured a fair trade-in value on our car. Big thanks to Gerard Robson who looked after me and the other nice Scottish chap, I think his name was Gary from Galashiels that assisted. Wouldn't hesitate buying from them again, in fact next time I'm in the market for a car I'll be looking on their website!
I recently purchased a used smart forfour from this dealership, after trading in my smart fortwo. The salesman that dealt with my entire process of buying this car was Mark Shevels. I would like to take this opportunity to let you know that Mark was courteous and professional when dealing with my enquires and sales process. In addition, I would like to comment that he was friendly and approachable and nothing was to much trouble and he is a great asset to your dealership. Furthermore, he made the process of buying a new car easy and stress free and supplied all the information necessary to buying a car. As a long time Smart driver I was very impressed with your dealership and would highly recommend it to family and friends; also the personal video message from Mark was a much appreciated final touch. Thank you for a great experience.
Drove from Glasgow to Stockton to pick up a Volkswagon T-roc. All contact with the staff Ged and Gary was very pleasant. Both were extremely helpful in sorting my car over the phone and when I met Ged in store he was additionally helpful. Took his time to go through all the paper work with me and showed me around the car. Staff went the extra mile to accommodate. 5 stars well deserved. Would recommend to anyone!
Fantastic, Martyn was one heck of a rep, not a salesman as there was no pressure to buy. However I have previously owned a Smart so knew what I was looking for, that said the service was second to none. Two cups of lovely coffee and biscuits. Thanks Martyn.
As a new Smart car owner my first contact with them was very disappointing. They simply weren't interested at all in helping with my problem
