Used Middlesbrough service- Terrible service, app etc…  used 3 times and twice late.

Discrimination against disabled clients who have wheel chairs is what this company done on Mon 1st Oct as the driver was going to charge 20 pence for the wheel chair well am sorry this is unacceptable and I refused to pay so the driver said he would let me off this time but in future he would charge. 20 pence maybe a lot but do bus drivers charge 20 extra for the disabled passages to travel no they don't. I will be looking for another company as I will not be recommending them to other people.
