Andy has looked after me for 6 glorious years of Jeep car mobility ownership. Amazingly knowledgeable and so personable he is absolutely focused on giving his customers the car they absolutely need. Andy is the sole reason I have been a Jeep at Alexander's customer.
Main dealer prices, back street garage service. Booked my Jeep in for a service 6 weeks in advance. They asked if I wanted a morning slot or afternoon. I asked for the afternoon. When I arrived they said I wasn’t booked in. Then they said I was meant to be there at 08:30 in the morning so my appointment was cancelled but they would get me. I drove home and when I got out the car I noticed greasy oily marks on the white paint work all round the bonnet area. I cleaned this off and opened the bonnet to find the engine bay to have oil on almost every surface, which wasn’t there before the service. I then noticed the air filter housing wasn’t put back together properly after the air filter had been replaced. The car had now been on the drive 30mins and had now noticed a spot of oil on the drive under the car. There was oil dripping from the sump plug and oil filter and the undertray was covered in oil. I contacted them and they said all they could do was apologise.
We recently bought a used approved Jeep Compass. David, the sales manager looked after us from initial enquiry, right to way through to sale. We’ve had such a fantastic experience, we cannot recommend this dealer enough. Outstanding customer service and the aftersales experience has also been perfect. A well presented showroom that is family friendly, with a fantastic team.
Personally, I found this dealer unsympathetic to my ongoing issue with a Jeep warranty issue. In addition the arrangement of hire or courtesy cars was extremely long and delayed resulting in no car over an entire weekend! Issue was not fixed and within 4 days recurred.

Was in there at least 5 mins looking at jeep cars and not one sales person approached to help me. I would not return obviously I do not fit a client profile of who has money to buy. Their loss. Much better service at Ford.
