An open air market in a predominantly working class / immigrant neighborhood of London is going to change over time as the demographics change. It has toned down the Caribbean and East Indian vibes and melded them with the East African vibes…. But is still that authentic street bazaar it always was from decades back
Shepherds bush market is a hib bub of bustling nationalities, nicely ticked away and with such a vast array of restaurants, coffee shops, stores. Like sweet caroline , takharistan a beautiful Japanese stall just next to it. It’s a beautiful gem, like a little family in itself.
A good local market you can do your shopping or just a Sunday stroll. The market is served by an Underground station
Great local market. Fresh fruits, veggies, fish, meat, Chicken. And the best fresh fruit juices! And don’t forget clothes-especially women’s cotton maxi dresses. Good prices. Oh it’s not a fancy place.
Amazing place to get falafel and fish from Falafel hut and not to miss the speciality tea from Hamadan tea shop . Will definitely go back for it .
