The food scene alone is worth the visit — global street food options everywhere, with bold flavours and great value. It’s easy to spend hours just wandering, browsing and soaking it all in.nnWhat really stands out is the energy: live music, friendly stallholders, and a constant flow of locals and visitors from all over the world. Even when it’s busy, it feels exciting rather than overwhelming. The canalside setting adds a relaxed charm and makes it a great spot to pause, eat, and people-watch.nnWhether you’re into fashion, art, food, photography or just exploring iconic London spots, Camden Lock Market delivers every time. The lock was great though sadly didn't look as if a boat had passed through recently but the market was a real disappointment. Mostly food stalls at some eye-watering prices and other stalls selling a variety of tourist type goods. The one exception was the Black Sheep coffee shop. Excellent coffee at a sensible price.
Beautiful place. A must place to visit when in London…you can donate £2 to a punk for him to get drunk; it used to be £1….it was fun anyway.nI stopped by British boots shop to say hi to Nick and wished him merry christmas.
Camden Lock Market is an absolute must-visit and bursting with character. This huge, eclectic market has everything you could possibly want—jewellery, clothing, leather goods, art, prints, gifts, collectibles, bars, and an incredible variety of street food and then even more food. It’s massive, so definitely allow several hours to explore properly. Be prepared for big crowds too—I’ve only ever seen this many people packed together at a football match—but that buzzing atmosphere is exactly what makes Camden Lock Market so memorable.
This is a great place to come and browse around. There is an abundance of crafts, clothing, jewellery, bags, badges, glassware, footwear, vintage, paintings and trinkets etc to see all in one place, but above all amazing street food from all over the world! Walk around for hours and take it all in as well as the scenery or just sit by the water and watch the world go by! You won't regret visiting as there really is so much to see and if you're looking for something unique, this is the place to find it!nI didn't take many photos this time, as I was too busy looking at everything around me!nA extremely interesting place to visit!
