Very happy with the service at Seven Acre Car Sales, we made an initial phone enquiry where Andy gave us lots of information about the car we wanted to see before we drove 1.5 hours to get there. Upon arriving we were greeted with a friendly smile and a coffee, we were given plenty of time to look at the car with no pressure to buy, all our questions were answered by Andy, he certainly knows his vehicles. We took a test drive and decided to purchase the car, Andy arranged a fresh MOT for the car and even delivered it a couple of days later at no extra charge, all he asked for was a lift to the local train station to assist with his journey back to Bolton. Many thanks Andy we are over the moon with the service provided and our new car.

We purchased an immaculate Mazda CX5 from Seven Acre Car Sales in March with absolutely amazing service. Andy the Director was very helpful and honest and answered my 1001 questions before delivering the car to me 100 miles away free of charge with no obligation. The car was perfect, exactly as Andy had described and the was deal done fast and easy. The after sales service was also 1st class after sorting a couple of tiny issues out immediately. I cannot recommend Andy and Seven Acre Car Sales enough. Thank You for an amazing buying experience.
Great place to buy a car from. Purchased a Mini Cooper from Andy and Laura who went above and beyond whilst dealing with us. They sorted out the tax, private reg everything. The car is spot on exactly as advertised, we couldn't be happier. If you want personal service from genuine people come to this dealer, you will not be disappointed. I purchased a used Hyundai i10 from Seven Acre, very friendly service before the sale, including opportunity to test drive on my own and take a good look around the car before negotiating a deal, which was a very fair price. Laura was very helpful and answered any questions that I had before the sale and even took care of the first tax to make it easier for me. Andy delivered the car to Liverpool for free which was very good of him and it included a 3 month / 3000 mile warranty. The car was taken on a long trip, where a couple of small issues emerged, that the parking brake slipped on steep hills and that the air conditioning did not work. These were not issues that could have been detected at sale, and I understand that every car which is a certain age will have the odd small issue. I rung up as soon as the issues were seen well within warranty and was told that the air conditioning was not covered but that I could bring the car to the garage next door to get it regassed at trade price, which I did. Unfortunately this was not done properly and was a job that took 5 minutes, rather than the 45 minutes it should take an automatic machine to complete the job including pressure checking, dye, regas etc.. I paid as the air conditioning seemed cold, however a week later it was broken again. I took the car to a garage that was recommended to me by a friend in Liverpool, who ran a diagnostic and said that it needed a new compressor and condenser £600 including labour. I then rang Seven Acre about this as the car had been sold claiming that the air conditioning was working, who after a lot of phone calls they offered to split the cost 50/50 at trade price if it was done at the garage next door to them. This meant that they sent me £170 towards the job, far off the £600 that I'd have to pay in reality, as I found the garage next door to be untrustworthy. When I talked to Laura, she said that I could take the car to my garage in Liverpool to have the parking brake looked at, and that they should ring up Seven Acre to take payment under warranty. Unfortunately this message was not passed to Andy, who once the car was in the garage being fixed, claimed that the only way it would be covered under warranty would be by bringing it back to the garage next to the dealership and the job would be done for free. Over extensive phone calls he got quite angry on the phone, including comments such as 'I'm not going to pay for anything on an old Hyundai'. I would expect that any warranty offered would be the same service, regardless of the price of the car. This should have been covered under warranty and turned out to be a £135 job which Seven Acre agreed to pay £100 toward, still leaving me out of pocket. It was also made to seem like this was an exception to rule and out of generosity rather than being covered as it should have been under warranty. Overall, I had a good experience buying the car which was a good price however I found the warranty hard to deal with and left me out of pocket. I am very glad that the car only had minor issues, rather than big mechanical issues. The car has run perfectly apart from these issues, however they turned out to be bigger jobs than first thought. I also wouldn't trust the garage next door for warranty issues, so would advise negotiating to take a car to your own garage instead and getting payment from Seven Acre, however make sure that this is clear beforehand. I probably wouldn't go out of my way to buy from them again. 3/5
I had to unfortunately sell my car and asked this garage if they'd be interested in buying it. Thankfully they where and offered me a very fair price for it! When the time comes i Will be going back to buy a car off them as i liked the way they obtain there cars and they won't buy cars actuations which is always good to hear.
Always a pleasure dealing with these guys. We've had a good few cars from Andy, James and Laura now. Never had any trouble and always a great deal. Highly recommended

I have just bought my second car from Seven Acre, and again traded in my old car. Both times I have found them to be friendly and fair to deal with. Great customer service. Would highly recommend them to family and friends.
I truly cannot say enough good things about this garage! Laura and her family are very welcoming and professional, and have gone above and beyond to make sure that the car I purchased is spot on. I was offered a great price for my previous car as part ex hundreds more than offered by a different garage and still paid a perfectly reasonable price for the car I purchased. I highly recommend Seven Acre, and will be seeing what they have available when I'm next looking to change vehicles myself.
