Bought a 2010 Mondeo from here in January. The customer service has been brilliant from the start, dealt with Keith initially and had a great no pressure purchase experience. Car was ready to pick up as expected and very well presented. There have been a few mechanical problems with the car, but its 13 years old and that could be the case no matter where I buy from. What's important though is how those issues have been dealt with and with that I've no complaints, Britannia have been first rate, fixing the problems quickly without any cost to me and even supplying a courtesy car. I went to Britannia as its local to me and they've been there a while, so trust was a big factor in my decision and I'm glad I did. Will definitely go back to Britannia for future car purchases, worth it for the peace of mind of knowing that they won't let you down if the car does.
Keith and his team go the extra mile to make your car purchase a pleasure. They even picked me up from the train station! Had a few small niggles with my Alfa Romeo MiTo but that's expected with a used vehicle. All issues sorted promptly and paid for by Britannia. They also gave me £20.00 for diesel. Cheers guys!
