Always a pleasure to deal with. Lovely staff & always happy to help 😊 Purchased x2 Toyota Aygos from the lads at Blackburn & both cars have been reliable and never let me down. Services have always been to a high standard and always explained in regards to what the service will entail. Lovely clean, tidy waiting area were you can help your self to tea/coffee, cold drinks. Also TV and magazines available for you to wait and relax until your car is ready.

Purchased my first car from vantage Blackburn was dealt with then by a guy named Lee Mcdonald. At the time he mentioned that he would stay in touch throughout regarding new cars or good deals at the time. He did that. I kept my first car for around 5 years and overall was suited with that. I was interested in buying a new car a few weeks ago, made contact with Lee and exactly as he was the first time, he was very thorough exploring all kinds of options which suited me. Excellent customer service! Have recommended him and vantage Blackburn to many folk! Just unfortunate none seem to need a new car right now haha! Thanks again Lee! Delighted with the car and what more can you expect from Toyota in general! Over the moon!

Can't fault the service and the prices. I always take my car here as I know I get a great job done. The customer service is outstanding and all the staff are friendly and helpful.

competative prices when it comes to annual service and brakes. Not much more than a non franchised service centre which most probably wouldn't use genuine Toyota parts. Always happy to provide courtesy car at no extra cost. Keep up the good work.
